Ibis Styles Hotel Brussels Centre Stephanie

This hotel is in a great location close to the metro, restaurants and stores. The price was also very reasonable.

The Location is really good . very nice connectivity through 92 Tram . Just in front of the hotel . The breakfast is also very nice. I truely appreciate the friendliness of the staffs.

I got 2 rooms and one of the room is not clean up to the mark , But the other one was nice .

• It was close to public transport stops.• Comfortable, spacious room - clean and nice. • Good bathroom.• On my first day, Maciej was very helpful with check-in.

• A major issue - sound isolation in the room is nonexistent.

Excellent location. Tram outside the door. Lovely clean safe area. Shop across the road. V friendly helpful staff. Free tea and coffee. We had a suite room with big balcony it was excellent. Loved it. Lots of room for myself and 2 teenagers .

Conveniently located, clean and guest friendly

The ibis styles was exactly what you would expect: pretty clean, pretty comfortable, pretty good location, pretty good value for money. Had a locked room to leave luggage before check-in/after check-out, handy if travelling for work.

The breakfast was very minimal, no water boiler for tea in the room, no bag stand (I think?)

the room was super small, and geometrically wasted.same for the parking space, i have a small car that was hardly fitting in one space

The rooms were clean, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was convenient.

We enjoyed every stay at Ibis ,it was clean,staff were social right from the reception to the ones that clean rooms

Bed was a bit hard and pillow too big

Excellent location. Tram stop just outside makes it really easy to reach the city centre. Carrefour Express very close by. The area is very nice. Staff very helpful. Tea and coffee making facilities available in the lobby 24/7. Good selection of teas.

Coffee was not very good but teas and hot chocolate were a good alternative.

Great location

There was no soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner in the bathroom, when we arrived and bath towels were not change during our stay. Water in the Shower took nearly 30min to warm up in the second day and bathroom glass door would open constantly while we took shower.

New, clean, good location

The room was cold. Heating up from 18.5°C to 21°C lasted 14h .Saturday night there was very loud music from the restorant in the hotel till 00:45am, imposible to fell a sleep. Coffee mashine was broken.

The room was big. The hotel is located in a quite part of the city.

There was no crib for the baby.

Just breakfast was nice and variety.

There was no door to the shower area, all the water was spilling on the floor and the floors were wet all day. The floors were always wet when going to the toilet. The room had no sound insulation, we woke up when the baby in the next room cried. Everything in the room was old and dirty. The extra bed was very uncomfortable.

Location, breakfast, bathroom and coffee/tea facilities. Bed was also also very comfortable.

The rooms could have been cleaner. The skirting boards were dirty and there were lots of marks on the walls. Additionally there was a lot of dust on the carpet edges.

There is a coffee machine and tee available at the reception 24/7. Location is vrey good and the transport connections are very good from there. The staff are very very friendly and helpful, I like them all. There is parking available for extra fees.

I was disappointed with the breakfast; had I known it would be like this, I wouldn't have opted for it at all—honestly, I wouldn’t even eat it for free. The furniture in the room is quite outdated and scratched, which detracted from the overall experience. The air conditioning was inconsistent, switching between cold and hot, making for an uncomfortable night. While the bathroom was clean, it could really use a renovation; the tub is neither white nor yellow, which gives it an unappealing appearance.
