Good Location. Good staff.

Room was not particularly good. Missing glasses. Sink problems. Fuse blew.

This is a hotel that could be really great. But it fall just slightly short. Better decor in rooms that are otherwise nice. Less sterile public rooms. Maybe a better upgrade policy for regular guests.

Nice staff. Free, good, Internet.

Room only ok. Room service ends at midnight.

Very poor dining experience in the hotel restaurant „Loui“

Loved the rooms, restaurants, spa and wellness facilities. The staff were top notch. The room was super comfortable - amazing beds, lovely marble soaker tubs, high end linens. The room service was top notch.This hotel is not a place to stay - it's an institution that sets that bar for all other 5 star hotels. We will 100% be back.

The Ac is not working and they didn’t t know how to fix it for 3 days . But they provided me with a fan when i asked for one.

The room was very spacious, clean, and comfy. The place is very close to the train station and the building looks good.

The bathroom does not have a motorized vent and the street is kinda noisy.

The staff is friendly and helpful

The breakfast is not having a wide range of options especially for kids

Staff very kind and helpful. Great environment and sevice. We had some issues with the heating and it was settled in few minutes.

The toilet seat is too small and low. Door is rather tight. It should be improved considering the beautiful environment they have. The water pressure in the shower and tub was very low too it can be improved

No restaurants are available to serve lunch and dinner expect the bar which didn’t include a variety of food options

The location was the best highlight of this hotel. The building looks nice but a bit old fashioned. Staff was nice but it felt a bit too “formal”, could have been warmer and welcoming.

The facilities and rooms are not very modern but everything worked fine. Got an issue with hot water in the shower though. It is an okay value for the price, but if you’re looking for high-end accommodation, it’s not the best option.

The place is quiet and beautiful, and the staff are friendly, especially the waiter Mohsen. I thank him for his good service.

Adding an amount to the bill for items we didn't use.

The room and bathroom were very clean. The heated floors were a bonus.

No dinnerware or microwave in the room.

One waiter in the restaurant (breakfast) was extremely rude to my wife

Breakfast was poorly organised. The food kept running out,there were not enough staff and the ones that were there were either impolite or ignored you. Felt like an expensive hotel with no perceptible reason why.

Beautiful public areas which were well kept and immaculate. Exceptionally comfortable king size bed.Very good breakfast.Housekeeping was first class - towels changed etc
