Honestly, this hotel surprised us a lot. The service was fantastic, impeccably clean, confortable and affordable, with spacious and high quality rooms. Moreover, It is perfectly comunicated by bus with the centre of the city.

Very nice stay in a clean, comfortable and cosy hotel, the personal ; reception, the breakfast/ lunch team was overall very nice, the breakfast very tasty. I enjoyed the stay a lot!

On sunday I got a pretty rude person on the phone/reception who told me that the next day was all booked, which wasn’t true, as per booking.com, what I said and the person, annoyed, told me to book then on booking.comThe next person for the check out the day after was again very nice - same as when I checked in.Overall this event didn’t ruin my stay but was the little “off” point.

Great, clean apartment with a very convenient location and a beautiful view.The host was extremely responsive and always replied quickly.Air conditioning, heating, shower, washing machine and the stove — everything worked perfectly and was very comfortable to use.Highly recommend!

The hotel suited us as we needed to be in the area for personal reasons. It is also very close to Zaventem for those that need it. The hotel is situated on a busy street with lots of options for restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff throughout were really friendly. We would use the hotel again should we need to be in the area.

The hotel is having an upgrade and there are things that need to happen. The breakfast options were fine but the breakfast room itself was dreary. If arriving by car it is important to note that it is impossible to park outside in order to check-in. One has to follow the instructions sent by the hotel about the hotel car park which is an extra and not easy to find and go there prior to check-in. The one issue with the room was that there was no extract in the bathroom.

Location close to the airport. Shuttle service to the hotel was in although for the airport was a charge

There was renovation work during the whole stay. Too much noise from 7 in the morning until 6 in the evening non stopped although supposed to be from 0800 until 1600. Drills and hammers. The heat was insufficient and the cold was coming in from the windows. Supposed to be a 4star hotel but it's not even reward for 3. Isolate between rooms was zero for noise.

Difficult location with car for parking (nobody told me that there was a parking during check-in even though I asked). Breakfast was poor, in a room located in the basement...

This is not a 4 **** star hotel! tTo expensive for this appearance - lobby and hallways are shabby. Breakfast room not appealing. Check in counter staff very indifferent.

Excellent room, where nothing is missing! Clean facilities, comfortable bed, good sound insulation, enough space for luggage and clothes, efficient curtains, lots of electric outlets, USB A and C outlets, and a really well designed walk-in shower with good quality cosmetics. AND a professional quality hair dryer (Babyliss), much appreciated!!!Excellent croissants at breakfast.

Minor detail : salted butter and a larger selection of jams would be a nice touch at breakfast.

They upgraded our room, so the room was big and comfy. The area was quiet, and it has good options for restaurants.

The room lighting was strange but okay.

The hotel was clean efficient and comfortable but lacked that "whoo" factor, Good Three Stars but definitely not Four Stars

Hot breakfast selection was very limited and coffee "bitter" and " mid-warm" !

We needed to stay over night in Brussel due to flight cancelation. We liked the position, somehow half way between center and airport.

Hotel takes advantage of this strikes so we paid 360 euro per night for a very average room. Room looks more like a 3 star not 4. Shuttle should have take us to the aiport at 8.15 (they insisted we have to be dowsntsairs at the hotel entrace by then because later traffic gets worst) and at 8.30 they were still calling the driver to ask where he is. Shuttle cost 8 euros per person which was paid the evening before. They didnt know we understand French language so it was obvious that driver told the reception man that he just woke up. Imagine, we were already waisting 30 min, a time which in most of cases is the difference between getting the plane or loosing the flight. They called a taxi for us which they paid. So at least they fix it.
