Pillows City Hotel Brussels Centre

Great location.

Housekeeping is not up to standard. If you aren't out of your room by noon they just leave a bag of towels on the door. No housekeeping is available in the afternoon. Twice in four days we did not get our room serviced.

Great room ! Good Breakfast. Very convenient location close to central train station in a quiet alley.

Clean comfortable hotel right next to Central Station. Very quiet. Nice big bed

Staff are very friendly.Location is excellent.

Rooms don’t have any view at all.Breakfast didn’t have variety with the same menu everyday.

Very well located hotel, comfortable, feels very nice as soon as you get in. The staff at check in was superb!

Nothing to complain

Staff & room were great. MY only negative is the property charging 32E for breakfast. This price is silly expensive.

The address and property name were unknown to Taxis

Room and bedding, including lobby and overall interior, were excellent

Best location! very close to everything in the city center within a walking distance.Brekfest was good, and the room had everything needed, including a very good coffee machine and Coffee & Tea range.

The GYM (fitness center) is very small and we couldnt excersize as much as we wanted.Parking is super expensive, especially when they have a next door parking whcich is much cheaper.

We had a warm and friendly welcome from reception. The facilities are clean and tidy and perfect for business travellers or families with older children. Excellent location with access to public transport and the main tourist attractions.

The hotel is located right next to the Grand Central station exit making it easy to get to. The hotel is very nice with large rooms and all of the amenities that are needed. The staff were very welcoming and always willing to assist.

It is a shame that the hotel restaurant menu is so small with only 3 selections. We would have liked to eat there one evening when it was snowing as we did not want to go out anywhere. This is something they should address quickly I suggest

A very centrally located hotel, warm and welcoming, with good housekeeping services. The rooms are of reasonably good size.

The common areas on the floors could benefit from some renovation, and the corridors leading to the rooms are somewhat narrow.Breakfast feels rather expensive, and there is limited view from the windows.

It was very central & near everything. 5 min walk to central station. The room was big & very clean & comfortable. Massive bathroom& lots of products too.

Breakfast was very expensive so we didn’t have it - 30 euros each is steep!

Nice comfortable hotel in the centre of Brussels. Nice staff, clean room.

Not cheap

Proximity to station and comfort. Cosy room and modern bath.

The view into huge ventilation pipes.

I really liked the location, it was about 5-10 minutes from everything. For what we paid it was great!

It is a little confusing to get to because of the traffic, the hotel was also very full because there was a marathon that weekend. The restaurant also said it was open 24/7 but it wasn't open most evenings.

+ location + Amenities + Staff + Room Size + Style

- room needs a bit of touch up and repairs

The room was clean. I was able to check in early for a fee which was great after a long international flight.

I enjoyed the property until I was having an appetizer in the restaurant area and was joined by a mouse at my feet. They did credit my meal but not until I insisted on it.

LocationCleanQuality

Pricey breakfast; tasty though

Very good

Not a particularly friendly welcome on arrival but other staff were fine. Very expensive but no worse than Paris or Amsterdam
