All the staff at the front desk are excellent and professional. The hotel pretty nice facility I will stay here again for sure !

Will the restaurant food is not great, I don¿t think they have a chef or cooker there

It is far from the Grand place and the restaurant was not available at the time we stayed

One of the very few places in Brussels that have air conditioning!

TV had a weird green tint, as if a magnet was too close to it.

thst the a/c worked because it was hot in Brussels

It was quite cold in the room and room heating wasn’t working properly

The room was clean and the bed was very confortable. The staff was very friendly and they gave you a small bottle of water when checking out, which was nice.

There was a buzzing noise all night. It could have come from an adjacent room with the bathroom fan left on, but is was continuous all through the night and morning.

I liked that the room was super clear and had the chance to make tea or coffee. The breakfast was superb with so many health choices! The staff was amazing, everybody so polite, and ready to help. Everything was amazing, and the vibe of the restaurant area too.I am very grateful.

The staff were friendly. The location was great for my needs (dinner and offices). The bed was comfy and the room was large with space for luggage.

The bathroom could do with an update. The shower was in the middle of the bath, which was odd. The lift only worked if you pressed to go down - there wasn't a sign up for this.

I couldn’t recommend this place more. Great location, excellent value for money, and a delicious breakfast — I always stay there whenever I travel to Brussels.

Reception member who checked us in was very pleasant and welcoming. Helped us with city locations and tips + smiled. Many govt buildings were around. Use public parking in front of the hotel than paying hefty parking charges

The Holiday Inn Schuman is perfectly placed if you have to work in that area, with great and helpful staff and a fabulous breakfast

It's not a dislike but rather the recommendation to renovate some rooms
