Location felt unsafe. There was food on the blankets. It was overpriced. The staff tried to tell us we didn't sign up for breakfast - when we did, it was in our confirmation email. The room was freeing and the hot water didn't work.

Absolutely not value for money. Room was cold (March), lot of noise from the street, only one ceiling light, shower was not warm, no breakfast, too expensive.

nothing at all. they operate like they know you will never come back. the service is bad, the whole place is full of dust everywhere

it does not really deserve to be called a hotel. its more like a little hide away. very dirty, and our room was not really ready for anyone to stay in but they gave it to us. the mattress was dirtiest I have ever seen. there was not covered electrical wires which is the dangerous part of staying here.

I didn't like anything

dirty, cold without heating, in the room there is only a face towel to take a shower, you need to ask for a towel from the reception, I do not recommend this hotel to anyone and it is extremely expensive for what it offers

Old and dirty rooms! You might find a big hole in the wall which shocked me! They do not have central heating in the hotel. They gave me a very dangerous soviet alike electronic vintage heater which I tried to plug in and it exploded followed by terrible smoke and burnt tire smell! I could not believe where I ended up for about 88 EUR room daily! This is very expensive for such a hole like this! The floor, walls, toilet, everything is catastrophic! If you enter the shower and if you soap your body and face, your water turns into ice cold within 3 minutes! I couldn’t even normally shower! Sound isolation? Ha ha ha, you can hear everything, even how your neighbours defecate in their toilets. Also, toilet pipe noises do not make you sleep! I am planning to apply for protecting my consumer rights via European Commission-affiliated agencies. I do not need my money back but plus I need maximum compensation for what these scammers did to my mental condition. Dear travellers, it is a big no!

Very overpriced, unclean room with poor noise isolation

The place felt unclean, there were burn marks on the sheets, and the toilet's tank was leaking water then flushing itself all night.

Nothing. I might say location only because it was very near to where I was visiting.

Everything.1. Odd smell in the whole hotel2. Lights in the room didn't work. Had to change rooms to another room where only one bulb worked.3. Heating stopped in the middle of the night4. No hot water in the morning.5. TV didn't work. There's supposed to be a decoder in the room which was absent. A broken remote control was just lying by the TV. 6. Small with little room for movement. 7. Room is just old! THIS HOTEL SHOULD NOT BE LISTED ON BOOKING.COM. I HAD TO CHECK OUT AFTER FIRST NIGHT THOUGH I'D PAID FOR TWO NIGHTS...WITHOUT REFUND!!

nothing is good. the first room had electrical switch broken and live wire visible. no hot water and no room heater, I wish that I can upload the pictures. then they shifted me to a room that had no water in the cold tap so couldn’t even wash my face as water very hot. WC had no water to flush and I had to cover the dirt with tissue paper. worst experience I ever had. will never trust a hotel before checking the rooms first.

No Hot water, WC had no water, phone is not working, wifi are in some rooms only. after seeing the rooms they refused to refund me and I had to stay.
