About

A closely kept secret, this luxurious residence is a stone’s throw away from the bustling Avenue Louise and offers the character and charm of a private Brussels home. Hotel Manos Premier features a wellness center including a sauna, a steam bath and a large hot tub, and a free fitness area. We don't have a swimming pool. The access to the Spa is 50€/person/hour in private upon reservation. As you enter the grand marble hall, you will instantly feel the royal ambiance of the Manos Premier. This richly designed hotel offers elegant guest rooms, each uniquely decorated and featuring Louis XV and Louis XVI period furniture. Free WiFi is available in all areas. The hotel's restaurant Kolya features a large terrace with a water fountain and serves Belgian and French specialties. Guests can also get drinks and refreshments in the on-site bar. Weather permitting, the hotel’s beautiful 6562 ft² green garden provides a haven of peace in the city center. You can also choose to unwind in the magnificent wellness center (charges applicable) with its fabulous mosaic details, reminiscent of the Arabian Nights.

    Pros +

    • Lovely service, very clean, all the amenities needed, and a great breakfast
    • The hotel is elegant and lovely. So much better than a chain hotel like Marriot or Hilton. This is the kind of hotel that feels like Europe. Location was great for visiting our daughter and the breakfast buffet was memorable with plenty of options for every diet and inside a light filled solarium. The staff was very competent and pleasant.
    • location, ambience, rooms, art, staff, servicesloved the view from terrace

    Cons -

    • The room did have a slightly smokey smell. Quite common in hotels.
    • We had planned to use the pool but there is a charge of 50 euros per person. We instead enjoyed the breakfast every day for 35 euros per person.
    • few vegetarian/ vegan options, however, plenty of restaurants around

Exceptional cozy design, amazing balcony, very pleasant breakfast area. Staff showed outstanding hospitality.

Parking can be a bit of a hassle.

The personal service in this family-owned hotel is what makes the difference. It feels like going home each time, and does not feel like a hotel. I always come there for that. The restaurant is also very good, and has that personal feel.

    9KallolPosted on: 12-25-2025

The rooms were large and very well suited for a family and beautiful decor. Great breakfast spread as well.

    8SafakPosted on: 12-14-2025

Retro interior. Staff are highly attentive. Breakfast buffet was good.

We enjoyed our stay. Parking fee is 40€/night (which is OK for brussels standards considering limited space)

The staff were exceptional - so kind and helpful! The room was huge and felt decadent! The spa is a must try - truly an experience not to be missed!Bonus was the restaurant in the hotel - what a hidden gem!

    nothing - everything was great

amazing breakfast options at the buffet. clean and shiny room and common places. the reception provides a wide variety of things if you need (shaving accessories, toothpaste)

in my room 21 you could hear the tram from the street, which during the night was a bit disturbing

A beautiful hotel with lovely public rooms and gardens and excellent staff.

The lift was cramped, but it didn’t matter.

    10OliviaPosted on: 9-19-2025

The decor, the room size, private balcony, friendliness of staff, dog friendly garden, convenient secure parking were all wonderful.

    9JohnPosted on: 9-18-2025

Large room! The fridge for drinks and the safe. Steam kettle and Expresso machine and convenient to the city. Bathrobe/ slippers

No microwave..that would have been nice

Beautiful room. We had a living area, a small built in balcony and a mezzanine level bedroom. A coffee machine with plenty of pods was provided. Great location with lots of great restaurants/cafes nearby. Breakfast was adequate. Staff were friendly.

    Nothing - everything was great.

    9WilliamPosted on: 8-14-2025

Check in was efficient. We were offered a spacious loft unit with a sitting area on the GF and a queen size bed on the second floor. Everything was luxurious appointed in the unit. The gym was also well equipped and large. Breakfast was plentiful with the usual fare.

I think it is unreasonable to charge 50 euros per person to use the spa. As the area is small, I understand it can get very congested. Perhaps consider a lower fee as I would have liked to use it. This hotel is NOT in the city centre. There are a number of trams and bus stations nearby so plan accordingly to get to the Grand Place in about 45 min.

Lovely vintage hotel originally made up of 4 separate houses - we had a junior suite which was spacious and the beds were incredibly large and comfortable. Staff were very helpful. Location is good, explore to the South East for beautiful Art Nouveau houses and fantastic local restaurants and go North to Ave Louise for all the big shops you could need. Fab!

Parking is expensive (€40 a night) but it was safe and secure (if a little hard to get into with a big car!)

    8TereziaPosted on: 8-7-2025

Good location, no far from metro and directly on the Tram station, at the same tíme, walking distance from the downtown. Spacious suite, we got even 2 bathrooms for a family. Very tasty breakfast with vast choices. Friendly staff, All speaking English. Hotel gym is Well equipped and relatively spacious. Hotel Has it's len atmosphere, is equipped with antiques which I personally liked.

The rooms on the ground floor are affected by the tram - one Can hear it and see it in a shaking chandelier. The hotel spa might be great, but we have not tried it - 45 eur / person / hour seemed a little overpriced.
