Hobbit Hotel Brussels Airport Zaventem

Proximity to airport. Continental breakfast was ok - nothing special. Free parking behind the hotel with security cameras

TV was not on the best wall for viewing purposes. Shower floor was a bit spongy. Many sets of steps, even on the first floor. Would be difficult to navigate for folks with mobility issues or a lot of luggage.

Room was good and clean.

I booked for -- EUR but on the same day of arrival. Not sure if this reasonable rate. Heard car driving sounds from outside, also some sounds when someone operates other room. You will feel your door lock gets opened

Close to the airport. The mattress was okay.

Incompetent check-in. Pillows are horrid, and no others available. Access from the parking (in back) is locked: carry your bags around to the front. Evening shower, no hot water.

Staff made you feel like home. Room was very clean and comfortable. Free parking was a good thing to have and not far from city center

In winter, the room heating is switched off prior client arrival. It was very cold in the room when I arrived. It took approx 3 hours to heat the room up to acceptable temperature.

It is a very basic yet clean hotel on a good location, both for going into Brussels as for Zaventhem Airport. Breakfast is simple yet tasty. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Shower facilities (standing in the bath. Room was cold and heating (CV) had clearly air in it.

The first person in the staff was not very nice and rude. We were trying to get a taxi to go to the airport but she wanted we paid in cash and we didn't have more euros only credit card and dollars. We ask for some option and she doesn't help us. The other lady working in the afternoon was very nice and she helped us and sent a link to pay online and get the taxi for the airport. The first person if she doesn't want to work with people she shouldn't work in reception.

Great location near the airport, free parking, really friendly staff, comfy bed, and good breakfast. Great value!

Good location if you need to go early to the airport, but you should book taxi, trains are not nearby.

No restaurants nearby, but supermarkets are a short walk away

2 km from the airport making the price of the room much lower. When travelling with own transport this is a no brainer. For a ‘basic’ hotel excellent bed and a modern bathroom. And clean.

The lady at checkout was friendly.

The hotel was clean and some of the staff were nice but I feel the reception could be better. I sat there for almost 4hours with no staff asking if I need any sort of help. Mind you, I was with a baby, both tired from a long trip from Montreal to Brussels. It honestly felt cold to me.Also, there was no socket for my type of charger so when I asked for a nearby store to buy an adapter, the guy at reception said there's a stor somewhere around, no attempt to help me as a stranger to figure out my way. I won't book a second time when I visit Brussels. My money will go elsewhere.

Easy parking, friendly guy checked us in, room was a good size.

Everything was clean other than a big wet coffee stain on the floor, we had to put plastic bags down to stop getting it all over our feet. Walls were a bit thin but thankfully there was no noise by the evening. Tv was set at an angle that you couldn’t watch it in bed.
