Location to Paddington station

Do not stay at this hotel. It is disgusting. Stinks of smoke. Basement room rattles with the underground. Totally Outdated. There is No luggage storage, they will leave it in the hallway. Save your money and book another hotel.

The advertised breakfast was disgusting. The room smelled. The night clerk,  was very helpful and pleasant.

A pleasant surprise. Clean, well equipped and friendly staff.

Noise but this is not the hotel’s fault. It’s a prime area in London so I kind of expected it.

Immaculately clean, well maintained, friendly staff, good beds and good water pressure in the showers.

The room was small and the bathroom very small. OK for many, I'm sure, but I'm a big guy, so felt tight.

Cute place, excellent location for getting around London.

The room could do with a few additional items to reflect the price. It had a kettle but the sink was so small you had to be inventive to fill it up. Maybe a small coffee machine. A small shelf or unit in the bathroom to put your wash bag on. I asked for an extra blanket but they said they didn’t have any.

We were on the fourth floor and there was no lift. Ok for us but could be an issue for some.

The room was on the ground floor and felt as if there was very little privacy to the street. The quality of the bedframe was very poor and when you sat on the bed it felt like the mattress wasn't supported. The tea station within the room was poorly located with no plug being near the kettle so it would have to be moved if it was to be used

I liked the location and the staff, as well as how clean it was.

We had some trouble with the shower drain where it took ages for the water to drain during our showers

Fantastic location. Superb connections to nearby train stations and a vibrant area. Very smooth easy check in process. The room is of course rather basic in that it is a small room but the bed is extremely comfortable.

The lighting in the room is rather dim and it is a small room and rather cramped but the latter is not really an issue for a solo traveller for work business.

Horribly smelly, we complained a few times nothing was done it was almost unbearable to sleep. Was told as a courtesy we would get a discount but we didn’t. Very disappointing

I had an unfortunate accident at an event and ended up in A&E all night, my wife spoke to the team at the hotel, and they were absolutely brilliant in terms of help and support.The wonderful lady on reception, allowed me to extend my booking on a few hours to sort my stuff, and helped with taxis - I think her name may have been Selma but not sure - she is a real credit to your business and I was very gratefulThere was also a chap, whose name I did not get, who helped me get my bags to the taxi.The room was great but the way the staff looked after me was exceptional a I cant recommend this hotel highly enough - they will get all of my business going forward.

We knew the hotel was close to Paddington but it honestly could not have been closer and yet it wasn’t overly noisy. The room is beautifully decorated, the heating was really good, especially grateful since our stay was in February. And the staff were really lovely.

The rooms are quite small, which we knew. But they did lack storage. There wasn’t really anywhere to hang anything, so if you had quite a lot of clothing or needed to hang up certain items it is something to bear in mind.
