I liked the fact it was in an area where there were grocery stores and restaurants--and close to a Tube stop. I also found one of the desk workers--to be very friendly and helpful.

Cons -

Something sticky on the carpet, but other than that everything was very clean.
When we arrived we discovered they had given our room to another couple. My wife needs a bed to herself, and over our 7-day stay we had to move three times! The manager was rude, the sink in our last room so small we could not wash our faces. Not again!
No. It was fine for us. If there was a computer for the guests to use it would be even better.

We have stayed here 3 times and we like it but it is not for everyone. It is a budget hotel and we share a bathroom altho there are rooms with a private bathroom.Breakfast is included. The neighbourhood is nice,30 minutes from central London by tube.

No. It was fine for us. If there was a computer for the guests to use it would be even better.
