The location was very good

There was supposed to be a fridge and an airport shuttle. There was neither

The bed as comfortable enough.

Paid parking of 25 pounds for already paid hotel guests is a rip off.And not mentioned at time of booking. No AC. Stairs were unsafe, very short, easy to trip and fall. Towel dryer did not work. Exhaust fan did not work.

great location, bus stop nearby to city centre, near to underground (10-15 mins), hot shower available.

Comfusing to find the hotel .The toilet outside seems very weird and smells. Carpet is stained.

I realize I was booking a budget place for just one night near the station. But…

Blunt reception. Stairwell was too narrow for my trunk. Mattress was badly worn, offering no support and considerably titling. Bathroom was two flights down. A small bottle of water in the room would have gone a long way towards using the coffee maker. Bathroom was two floors down; sink was too small to accommodate kettle.

Great location! Close to all attractions in Central London. There were groceries and restaurants near by, and Buses navigates to all close attractions. Good value for money and clean room

The room only has heater and a small fan, I think they should provide customers with bigger fan specially during summer

Staff was friendly, bed comfy

It’s just basic and aged. Shower was slapdash repaired and stank to the point there were small flies in there. No side lamp. Noisy place as well but that’s guests not the hotels fault.

Location and price

bathroom and toilet were 2 flights down stairs. Bathroom was so small that you couldn’t turn around. Dirty stained carpets.

Location was fantastic 5min walk from Edgware underground. Meaning everything was close by.

Room was on the small size for a deluxe room. Bed was touching the wall and window so had little room to move

Looking over a busy and loud street, mattress that has a dip in the middle and is too soft, room way too hot and window too small and opens very little for sone fresh air. Bathroom outside the room, 2 flights of stairs below

Breakfast is ok. Only too strict on check out time . Its 11am

The room was on the top floor with no lift. The final flight of stairs were narrow and spiral and I was fighting for my life after lugging my suitcase up there (it was offered that a colleague could carry it up for me 2 hours after I arrived but I wanted my case in my room). The stairs were dirty (even doors had a good coating of dust).The mattress was thin and uncomfortable and the divan bed was threadbare. The carpet was stained, curtains were filthy and the walls were marked. The TV remote didn't work. The bathroom was separate (which I knew when I booked), but what I hadn't realised was it was down 2 flights of stairs. The shower was mouldy, and the shower head was stuck to the wall by a wing and a prayer. No soundproofing on the windows so my earplugs came in handy. For just over £120 for one night, this was WAY overpriced. They are clearly making plenty of ££ but rolling none of it back into the property in any way shape or form.

For value accommodation, it was as good as it gets in London, from my many experiences.Nice touch putting a fan in the room, given how hot the weather was.

Common areas / someone had been sick inThe hallway.The bathroom was very compact and toilet seat wasn’t secure. Also shelf above sink got in the way of the sink.

Rooms too small, couldn’t move in bathroom, too hot no air conditioning, had to lug bags down steep steps no help.

Checking in was quick and simple, very friendly receptionists who could not have offered more help. Nice room with a decent bathroom. Free wifi is always a bonus.

Beds under the mattresses a little broken and out of place. The shower does not open very wide so unless you are super skinny you won’t get in without a big squeeze.
