    Pros +

    • It’s about a 10-15 minute walk from the metros. A pain with luggage but fine without
    • Liked the area.
    • Clean room, very quiet, extremely friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Felt like as safe neighbourhood.

    Cons -

    • The room was dirty. There were droppings on the nightstand and hair in the bed. There is no one available to call outside of check in and check out hours. The man working the desk was rude. They charge 20 an hour for early check in. Not luxury.
    • The room was tiny, we could barely walk around our suitcases. The bed was hard as the floor.
    • While there was a kitchen with sufficient tools and equipment for breakfast and preparing a simple meal, there was nothing available to do the dishes. Some kitchen towels and detergent would've come in handy.

Location is excellent. Espresso pods for the espresso maker included. Clean rooms

The room was tiny. Hard to find space for luggage and two people very very tight quarters in the room and also in the bathroom.

Location is good, right next to Hyde park, with restaurants, shops and Underground stations two streets over. Quiet, safe neighbourhood. Rooms can be cleaned while you're out and about in London, so you return to a freshly made room. The gentleman at reception welcomed us warmly, and it was possible to leave our bags at the hotel prior to check-in and post check-out as well.

Sound isolation could be better, as it was possible to hear people walking upstairs. Some outside noise made its way in, but that's London for you. The bathroom door was showing some wear and tear, could use a replacement. The shower floor had marks of repair and the shower had a tendency to drip every once in a while, but it functioned just fine.

    It was an okay stay.

The room was too small. We had to move side to side in ordee to fit between the bed and the wall. There was no service in the late evening/night, and we had to wait untill the morning in order have new clean towels.

Room is big enough, have its own kitchen and coffee machine

Lift was out of order when we arrived, have to carry luggage to 4th floor.Toilet smells like sewage in the first day, but getting better after we turned on the ventilation.

First impression, the staff was amazing! The man who helped us check in was so fun and helpful, and made us feel welcome immediately. The apartment is in a beautiful area, and it’s a close walk to both Paddington Station and a bus stop. There are also many restaurants all around. The room was bright and clean, and the bed was super comfy!

Nothing! But something to note, you do have to come down a side street to get to the apartments. The area felt safe, but I’m not sure how I’d feel about walking to it by myself at night as a solo female (since it’s secluded). But that just depends on your own comfort levels and personal preference! :)

    Comfortable room

A towel in kitchen and washing up liquid would be useful.

It was a wonderful room in the Paddington area of London. Only a short walk from both Queensway and Paddington tube stations. Plenty of places to find food in the area too!

The room was slightly cramped with the bed but nothing that is out of the ordinary in London. One suggestion could be a better sign on the front door that makes it more clear which door to buzz for the reception desk when you arrive.

We had been there for three nights. Receptionist Alisha was so helpful and very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

    8ChristopherPosted on: 10-25-2025

The room was very comfortable and the price was a good deal for central London. The location was on a quiet street close to Hyde Park and within walking distance of Paddington Station.

Location was convenient and quiet. Shops nearby

Ground floor room made it feel unsafe as it looks easy to breakin. Wasn’t very clean at all

Chaker is really nice guy, he works in the reception ??It’s good hotel and the location is close to everything.

The sink is too small and the faucet is too big ?

Great location. Staff was very friendly. Will stay here again if I am ever back in that area.

The shower left a lot be desired. Poor pressure and the head leaked when completely off.

    6MariaPosted on: 9-7-2025

Very well located. Easy to get to different underground stations and beautiful Kensington gardens. The staff is very very nice and both the rooms and lobby are impecable.

The description of my room said: studio. When it was actually a typical room with a small kitchen embedded in a closet (that was quite clever, by the way). It would have been nice to have detergent, sponge and at least a small cleaning cloth for the kitchen.I had trouble with the electricity sockets, the ones located over the "working table" had a switch within the socket's base and as I needed an adapter, which was a bit big, I couldn't plug it in without turning the socket's switch off. Hence, I had to work from the bed connecting to the one socket I found with no one-off switch. There were no side table lights, so either you had to turn the bright ceiling lights or be in the dark. The charge for early entry is ridiculously expensive.

Very nice hotel, clean and modern. The room had a nespresso machine, and there were outlets and usb charging possibility in the room. The room had a small kitchenette and a small fridge.

The air conditioning was a bit lackluster in the bathroom, so the bathroom was quite damp even in the morning after using the shower in the evening. No toilet brush in the bathroom. The hotel entrance was a bit difficult to locate, since there wasn’t any sign or anything.

Central location, staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Beds was comfortable and fridge in room.

The towel racks and dishes were incredibly high. My mother, who is about 5 ft, could not reach either
