    Pros +

    • It was quite clean and the staff were all very friendly.
    • It was very well decorated, modern and stylish
    • Great location. Lovely breakfast.

    Cons -

    • I cannot stress enough how SMALL the room was! We had paid extra to have a room with a window but instead were put in the basement. There was a sky light and we were told that was an "upgrade". I really cannot imagine what the standard room is like!
    • Room was one of the smallest I’ve stayed in
    • Staff could have been a bit more helpful

Value for money choice, pretty close to Earl's court underground. Cosy place, nicely renovated and quite clean.

The rooms are extremely narrow and small. Barely can open my luggage while standing.

The hotel was in general nice. Our room had all the essentials we needed. The staff was very kind and helpful. The location was perfect, you have a convenient store nearby and street of different restaurants + the infrastructure was perfect, that allows you to get anywhere fast.

    1) The beds were not comfy at all, they were too soft and my back was screaming. 2) Would be nice to have warm breakfast (not only bakery and some fruits)3) We had problems with our sink also (it drained the water very slowly) 4) Very bad noise cancellation (you can hear the street noises) and it was hard to sleep5) There was a draft from the window

    Friendly staff, price and location

No window in room (didn't know before booking) shower door broken and didn't close.

Not a bad price for London, even though we stayed in a room without windows. The room was small but as advertised. Bathroom was clean. It’s about as close to the city center as you can get without spending a fortune. The Underground is a 7‑minute walk, which is fine.

Location was ideal. Room was quiet and felt safe. The lighting in the room was fun to play with!

Uncomfortable bed, only 1 pillow. Found a fake eyelash attached to one of our towels as we arrived.

    7MichellePosted on: 1-25-2026

The bed and the pillows were very comfortable, with lovely thick duvet. Decent bathroom and great location for visiting the Royal Albert Hall.

Despite having phoned in the morning tp arrange for early check-in, the room was not available when we arrived which was very disappointing, and had to wait a further hour.

Modern room with really cool mood lighting system. Air con room. Nice TV. Good breakfast although not cooked.

Odd sheet on bed that wasn’t a wrap around so moves around a lot. Also no kettle in the room so when I asked for some hot water and he put tea bag in I got charged £2.5. V stingy. If no kettle in the room those sort of drinks should be free.

Hotel located in very visible place and you definitely can spot it easily. 30 mins away from national museum. It’s located on very busy road, but our room was with windows into the garden, so night was very quiet. Room was quite small, but clean and comfortable.

I did book twin room with my friend and one side of the bed lights switching system didn’t work.

It was our first time visiting London and the experience was perfect. The hotel has easy access with buses or subway line and in a good area as well. The stuff was very polite and friendly and always helpful! The room was a bit small but it includes everything you need. Finally the breakfast was very good with a bit small variety of choices but it was worthy and tasty. Of we visit again London we will definitely stay there again. Fully recommended!

Good location (near subway and restaurants), clean room

    Very small room

    7AnastasiiaPosted on: 12-28-2025

We checked into a very small room that wasn't big enough for two people and had no windows. At night, I had a claustrophobia attack and couldn't breathe in the room, so I had to go downstairs just to breathe. Downstairs, there was very nice staff who calmed me down and tried to help. They quickly found another room where I felt better because it wasn't so cramped and there was a window so I could breathe normally. So, thank you to the night staff for their help because I don't know if I could have slept at all that night.

    Location

Bathroom was too small and no wardrobe space for clothes (hooks on wall and hangers)
