The room has everything we needed, exactly as presented by the web site.

The decoration was quite old fashioned, but that was all right.

Apartment was selected based on location and budget price point. Traveled with adult son without car. Apartment was located in a quiet, safe, residential neighborhood, ten-minute walk to Oxford Street (main affordable shopping area), 30 min walk to Buckingham Palace, British Museum, National Gallery, with subway and bus stops nearby. We checked in at staffed reception area. Our apartment was located on the first floor (one floor up) and accessed via stairs. Our room was spacious and clean and although the bathroom was small (didn't bother us), the shower stall itself was a good size (my 6-foot son had no complaints). My son’s American double size bed was very comfortable (a Tempur-Pedic type mattress). The room was quiet. Given its convenient, central location and reasonable price point, I would stay again.

The twin size bed I slept in was not a Tempur-Pedic type mattress and felt old as I could feel the springs in certain areas of the bed and a downward slope in another area. In addition, the pillows were thinner (a trend I noticed throughout our trip) than I am accustomed to and because of the bed and pillows I didn’t sleep well. As noted above, however, my son had the best sleep of the entire trip.

Very quiet, everything worked. Extremely helpful staff: Jawad was very nice and super helpful.

The little apartment was cozy and quiet, had all I needed and it was also very clean. Everyone was also very nice. Super well located, close to Marylebone High Street and only a 10 min walk from both Baker Street and Marble Arch.

Almost everything you need is in the room. Kitchen with necessary stuff was a good addition. Location is superb. Staff were very nice and helpful at all times. Cleaning staff are excellent in their work as everything clean and available.

No elevator which was OK for me and my wife as we manage without much problem. However, if you are in higher floors it may be a problem for some seniors.

The sraff was excellent and helped me in so many ways!!! They were great!!! I liked that it had a fridge because I needed it for my insulin and the kettle. They should give you more tea bags and cream.

The noise factor was horrible!!! People banging doors and bringing down suitcases down wooden stairs at 530 in the morning. Also did not like the fact that the curtain would not pull all the way shut and that the window had an opening between the bottom of the window and the bottom of the sill. Kind of felt not safe. Also the internet did not work the 2nd day and I used a lot of my own data. I tried everything and it kept saying couldn't find ip address.

Check-in instructions were clear and staff was friendly.

I thought it had AC but I must have overlooked that ( first time using booking). They found a portable AC for us to use and a fan. So kind of them! If I didn’t have that I’m sure it would have been more difficult to sleep.

This is a surprisingly large room for the price, especially in central London. Having the kitchen in room was a huge benefit. It's close to several transit stations.

Very central location in Marylebone. Friendly, helpful staff and the room was decent size and its great to have a kitchen. It was a hot summers night so they gave us a fan but we also opened the window which meant there was some street noise but otherwise all was perfect. Thanks!

AC would be nice.

Location near to Oxford Street

Locked bars on our basement windows that we couldn’t unlock should there be a fire. We couldn’t lock our room from inside as the lock didn’t work. Being two sisters sharing we felt vulnerable.

Location was great for both Marylebone and Baker Street stations

Street & traffic noise prevented sleep because room was next to road. Unfortunately should have expected it in centre of London
