Horrible, broken bed, I raised to hotel as well but they didnt do anything.

Everything. Amount of dirt & bad smell was indescribable. Disgusting. Location was questionable as well. Not sure how this hotel has 3 stars and rating above 7. I?ve been to many hotels, this was the worst I?ve been to.

The price, location and overall status of our room was very nice.

The surrounding neighborhood was a bit questionable.

Really spacious room. Quiet and superb location for the carnival. Far enough to get out of it but easy access. Lots of small local shop and all type of restaurant. New towels everyday. And everything working as it should. Great time

The hotel was very dirty. The room was very noisy at night. The neighborhood was not good, people fight at night, high traffic after midnight that make the area very noisy at night. The lift did not work. The room was very small. The bathroom was small

THE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST IS GOOD ENOUGH. VERY POLITE STAFF. NEAT TRAIN STATION. THE HOTEL IS GOING TO BE RENOVATED SOON. I WILL STAY AGAIN.

The chair desk was dirty.

Horrible place to stay, there were blood stains on the first floor. There was a gap in the window that kept the room cold even with the heater on. The room smelled ,also you could hear everyones conversations. It was hard to feel safe.To top it overpriced

The size of the room was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and you could tell that significant updates have been made . Best of all was the staff! We were treated more like A bed-and-breakfast. Their help was invaluable, They were so friendly!

We were not prepared for the lack of 110 connections that we need from the US. Also we expected a small refrigerator and/or microwave. We managed without the refrigerator and microwave but the 110 was very tough. Staff did loan us some adapters so we mana

The staff was incredibly kind, the location was excellent with so many open restaurants and options in the near vicinity.

The rooms were very aged and it was hard to tell if some things were dirty or just old. The shower had an odd smell.

The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. He went out of his way to help us out. The room was fine and the beds were comfortable.

The location made us uncomfortable and was also quite a distance from the center of things.The maid at the hotel was coughing hard and continually when we arrived. She left her trash bags in the lift. No room phone to call out.

Cheapest hotel I could find that is somewhat nearby to main places by bus/underground. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Room is pretty clean and was cleaned every day to my satisfaction.

Everything looks old: the furniture, the bed, the walls, etc. Air condition sounded like a tractor for the first 20-30 minutes every time it was on. Breakfast is really dull, even for an English breakfast in 3 stars hotel.

Location horrible, staff horrible, rooms horrible and definitely not as pictured, and loud 24 hours a day! Overall, one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at.

The room was small, even by European standards. There was no ability to store cold items (milk for a toddler), and the room only had a few hangers for clothes storage (no dresser or drawers). No electrical outlets by the bed. Good for a single traveler

Ideal for a convenient location. Close to Edgware Road tube stations and a short walk to Paddington

- limited choice for alternative diets for included breakfast, even when notifying ahead of time

Very clean, staff was extremely helpful and attentive and it was very cosy warm

To be honest if I had to say something it would be the breakfast just more choice of cold pastries if possible
