Situation and comfort
Outdated, view of concrete back unpleasant yard.
Reasonably priced, warm room, cleaned daily. Reception manned 24/7
Noisy during the night and early hours with people arriving/leaving.
The experience at this hotel was good. The room was very clean, and they provided shampoo and towels. The shower is very spacious; based on other reviews I expected the bathroom to be smaller, but honestly, for one person it’s perfectly fine. It might be a bit more difficult if you’re traveling with a very large suitcase, but with a carry-on it’s fine. I was happy with my stay at this hotel, and the location is very good as well.
The staff were not very friendly when I arrived for check-in and later in the evening, but they were not unpleasant either; they were correct.
Quite spacious for a hotel in London! Old furniture and rooms but very clean. Front-desk manned 24/7 and very friendly (allowed us to take our folding bikes into the room as there is no bike storage).
It was a very good experience, the staff are really helpful and very clean spacious room
I hope there was a window in it
Helpful staff (gave me extra blanket and fixed small issue with the heating). Very good location, walking distance to metro station.
Room was very small (no place for a large suitcase in case travelling with one) and basic.
The hotel is in Kensington. Not far from Earl's Court Road Underground station. The room is slightly small, but warm and comfortable. The bathroom is clean and spatious. The staff is wonderful, I asked them to have an online order sent to the hotel, and they already put the parcel in the room when we checked in. Definitely would stay again.
Cleanliness, cost-effectiveness, and staff conduct
The bathroom lacked heating, but it was still manageable.
I liked the location ,close to the tube and nearby attractions. Good value for.momey and the stuff were nice
It was all good.
The nearest thing to home, I have ever felt in a hotel! A larger room than I expected and a really spacious bathroom.
The building is a little dated and in need of some TLC.
The staff were very supportive during my stay. The cleaning was done well.
The fact that breakfast was not part of the package.
Comfortable room, very small! Our room was facing a busy street. Soooo loud!
Location
Close to earls court where Restos & coffee shops are everywhere. The property is also a few steps away to Tesco.
The bed wasn’t uncomfortable and it was in an ok location.
The water in the shower was cold (no hot water) and the flow was very weak. The walls were very thin so could hear everyone coming and going. The door at the top of the stairs on top floor is very dangerous, it opens out into the stairs so it’s difficult to get it open, especially if you have heavy luggage.
The hotel is fairly basic but the staff were very welcoming and friendly. They even offered to loan me an umbrella one morning when it was raining! The room was clean and the bed clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean also although could do with a lick of paint and a tile fixing maybe. There was a tv in the room and kettle also and free Wi-Fi too. The room was also lovely and warm which was welcoming after walking around London on a chilly November day! Compared with a lot of other hotels in London, this is good value I believe.
Needed a new plug for the wash basin I think. Bathroom needed a lick of paint in places but nothing major.
Reasonably close to Earls Court station. There IS a lift. Reception was reasonably friendly.
The bed had no headboard or even a wall at the end of the bed. Made it difficult to sit in bed. Very small room.
Great location - also very comfortable and clean. Our host Fabio was super helpful with navigating the transport network!
