Fantastic location. Very reasonably priced. a simple buffet breakfast was included. It was very good value

The room was very badly laid out. No bedside table. There was a cabinet shoved opposite the bed, wires hanging out. Non of the plugs worked, neither did the tv. No plugs next to the bed. The bathroom was great. Huge shower, hot water, and shower gel provided. Room and breakfast good value. Hotel need to rearrange the room. It was like a junk room.

Location was perfect. Short walk to underground . Staff helpful. Room was exceptionally clean. Beds made evey day with clean towels provided. Excellent value for money

The staff were very kind and helpful, and the hotel has a very good location with easy access to public transport. Hyde Park is also within walking distance.

The breakfast was rather limited, and the tomatoes served were not fully ripe. In addition, the room could have been cleaned more thoroughly, as there was some dried toothpaste on the bathroom sink.

Lovely clean hotel at an affordable price, room was lovely and big with heating , loved the massive bay window . Bed was comfortable and we had a great sleep. Breakfast was included in the price which had a good choice of food and set us up for the day. Lady on reception was very nice and friendly. Will definitely stay here again . Really enjoyed our stay.

As locations go, you can hardly find better value just off Portobello Road, less than 5 minutes from the Central Line, and charming architecture. Plus, the breakfast is included!

Very spacious room with a comfortable bed.

Some the things show wear and tear. The bedside lamp didn't work. It needs replacing.

The location the hotel is located in one of the best neighborhoods in London and really close to the underground with the most useful lines to the main city attractions.The room size is good and also the shower, the bathroom has a window.The heating was working fine and the room was warm and comfortable.The breakfast that is included even though is a simple meal makes a lot of difference when you are looking for salve some money. The hotel offers a good internet wifi, luggage deposit and you can also use the kitchen to have your lunch and dinner as they offer a microwave. The room was well cleaned and also the bathroom.

The comfortable of the sofa bed and the main double bed size, the mattress were not much comfortable and the fact that they have carpet.The towels were too small for an adult but they change the towels daily.During the night you can hear the metro if you take to street level floor as I got, but based in all positive aspects if I come back to London I will definitely stay at the Blue bells again.

Location was great and breakfast was okay.

The shower drain was clogged with hair and was absolutely disgusting. The room was in poor condition overall. There were used tissues left on the floor, which made it clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned. Soundproofing was very poor as well. I could clearly hear children shouting in the neighbouring room.

Location was good and short walk to transport.Reception staff friendly and welcoming. Room was warm and cozy. London experiencing -4 degrees temps during our stay.Breakfast generous and good variety.Room size in booking.com listed as 8m2 but it is much larger than that - more like 18m2.

On bottom floor there was a bit of a sewerage smell in hallways.Room safe was locked when we arrived. Staff unlocked it ok.Shower leaked as the seal on the bottom of the glass door is worn out.. Heated towel rail didn't work.Generally tired and needs a good deep clean.No tour desk. Booking.com list of hotel facilities says there is one. There are some shelves of brochures.Need ear plugs as the underground runs right under the hotel.Double bed is 2 singles together which is ok but the doona didn't even cover the whole top of the bed when flat let alone when 2 people are under it.

Room had curtains falling down and a blow drier that didn't work.

Staff were lovely and paid our children a lot of attention. Area was nice and safe, just a short walk from the tube.

The beds were the most uncomfortable ever. Children had a small pull out couch with a single duvet. The double was in fact two singles pushed together and one sloped downwards. The curtains were falling down. The extractor fan did not work. The noise from every passing tube was heard in the room. The breakfast was very sub standard, had to ask for plates and cutlery. Not proper butter and tea not hot enough. Very very sub standard.
