- The only good thing about this hotel was it’s proximity to the train stations at Kings Cross.
- Convenience to Kings Cross
- Proximity to Kings Cross.
Cons -
- Room was in a different building from the hotel. Hallways were narrow, damp, and smelled of mold. The room for two adults was barely suitable for one person. There was only one power outlet. Bathroom was cramped and its light kept turning off on its own.
- Didn’t feel very clean. Noisy. Out of date. Dark.
- No internal dead lock on doors, old tired, electrics didn’t seem great. Tired and drab corridors and general upkeep. Mold in bathroom. Loud noise. General slightly unsafe vibe.

Well located if you are catching an early Eurostar. Room was clean but basic.
Room was very small, esp. bathroom. Furnishings tired but adequate.
The location was great, 2minutes away from the station
The room smelled quite bad and the toilet too, the shower in my room only sprayed cold water and the sheets were stained as well
Great location. Basic, cheap room to crash for a few hours after a night out
Great location
Got deceived. Showed wrong generic photos. Paid for the best room but got offered the worst. Showed us two other rooms trying to convince us to stay but we left. Requested for refunds but got rejected and we left. Plan to.chase with booking.com.
This an inexpensive and convenient place to sleep if you need to catch an early Eurostar.
There are no luxuries here. It's functional and convenient.
Location, cleanliness, friendly staff, price
Close to the station
Run down and unhygienic Rude staffDirty and bloody bed sheets
location was great and the room looked like i expected. the fridge, kettle and tea was a good addition. clean and nice. nothing to complain really. staff was kind. the place felt safe. noise was not disturbing although not nonexistent.
the elevator was a bit scary and the room was a bit cold. toilet flushed poorly. the bedside cabinet had a broken drawer. the window also closed a bit poorly. but it wasn't that bad.
the staff was so lovely and helpful & the lift was a nice surprise, kettle and tea in the room
the heating in my room didnt work basically, they tried to fix it but it clearly needs bigger work/ renovation; it was Februrary so heating is a must! wi-fi didnt work at all (at least in my room) which was an issue bc I used all my mobile data :/ ; there was so much noise in the room as its on the main street in front of the kings cross station, all night people shouting, cars, without earplugs it wouldnt be possible to sleep;
Good location
Sheets not clean and no sockets in the room. Toilet was tiny and impossible to move in
Great location for Kings Cross station which is just across the road.
The hotel is VERY basic. Okay to stay for one night when you need a base to catch your next train. So it is practical and reasonably price. It is not pretty and not appropriate for a family or couple on holiday, but rather more as a no-frills stop-over.
the only good thing was the location, it is called hotel but it is not even a hotel, the lady from front desk sent me to a different building with tiny rooms, but it is definitely not a hotel, it didnt even have shampoo
it is not a hotel, I was sent to a different building with many rooms, but it wasn't a hotel, I had to go ask for shampoo in the morning to a different building, the only one with a receptionist, and she told me I don't get a shampoo only a soap. I insisted and she finally gave me one. Stay away from this, it's not a hotel and the photos have nothing to do with reality.
Strategic location. At night time you barely hear any noise despite being near at one of the busiest streeet of London. Staff are nice , they have left us checked in earlier and upgraded us to quadruple room in their annex.
Toilet needs fixing, no pressure. And sink drainage needs intervention. Also the room is a bit dusty. There were glasses and coffee mugs but weren’t that cleaned. When we arrived the water boiler still has water in it. We never touch it.
Clean, comfy, ideal location, cheap
Nothing, but if you're looking for luxury this isn't the hotel for you.!
Ideal location near kings cross, affordable price.
Unfriendly rude staff, loud guests, smelled of smoke.
The proximity to King's X is excellent. It was mostly clean, with clean towels and beds made daily. The staff were very nice.
It had a lot of street noise which was to be expected. The window could be opened but then hard to close. The room was tiny the bathroom was miniscule. The shower was dreadful, only a trickle and the shower head wasn't good. The bathroom light came on when you go in the bathroom and you had to wave your arms when in the shower for it to stay on. You could smell weed and or smoking coming in through the bathroom extractor fan.
Location. The reception team was very helpful and assisted on any possible way.
People smoking week in the premises! A total wrote off! I felt very uncomfortable. Thank you to the staff the situation improved for one day, but it was the same the following day. Tiny rooms, terrible shower, and only a small soap bar provided for the four days stayed.
