    Cons -

    • Room 31 Bed and pillows super old and unconfortable, sorry dont recommending..
    • Old, shabby and no elevator. We were put on the third floor! Utterly preposterous!
    • There wasn’t a fault with the property however if your hearing is hypersensitive you might be disturbed by the sound of the trains going by.

Very clean, lovely room, great staff, excellent price, breakfast is all you need to start the day. I will be returning!

They don't have a lift but they will help you to your floor if you need it.

The cleanliness of the room and toilets with enough toiletries was just pleasant

Nothing that I can think of

Great for walking about Notting Hill, Paddington and Kensington Gardens. Only short bus rides to Marylebone and central London.

    Everything was good.

The hotel's location was very convenient, with close access to multiple tube stations and Paddington Station. The staff was very friendly, especially the young receptionist and the women hosting breakfast!

Close to Paddington, the location felt safe to walk to on my own. For the price it was great. A comfortable bed, lovely continental breakfast. Private space saver bathroom. Tea and coffee in the room. Friendly staff.

I was by the front door and could hear the ring doorbell when people arrived.

The hotel is in a very nice and cozy area, few minutes walking from hyde park. the room is small but has everything you´ll need for a short stay.

the wi-fi is practically not usable, so don´t count on it if you have to work. And the hotel has no elevator with some tight stairs (was not a problem for me but sharing as it could be a problem for some).

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATIONI prefer to be near Hyde Park when I am in London. I love this area and was very happy to get a good priced hotel here. There are 3 underground stations near. The staff was friendly. We were able to leave our bags and did not have to pay for a storage locker when we arrived. The breakfast was included-good BUT I am in London and want to enjoy some of the local breakfast spots or Gail's. Make sure to visit the Prince Alfred pub nearby. It is a great place and fun on the weekends with live music.

Having to leave. NOTE-I had respectable neighbors 2 nights that we were there BUT you can hear in through the walls. I could tell that the man was asleep when we woke up due to hearing his snoring.

Comfortable room, enough storage space and the room was a good size. A quiet neighbourhood and close to Queensway station, so good for the Underground.

I received several very well written, and almost convincing, WhatsApp messages before I arrived pretending to be from the hotel and asking me to click a link within 24 hours to confirm my reservation. As my reservation was confirmed when I booked it then I believed that this was sent by criminals, and the hotel said it wasn't from them after I messaged them through booking.com. This is the only booking on this website where I have received messages like this so I wonder if the hotel's computer has been hacked as my stay dates were in the messages. What a shame as this stopped my giving top score.

Perfect location, 5 minutes walk to the metro and 2 to the bus stop. Quiet.

No lift, but it is written, so you know when you book it.

A beautiful property with friendly staff. Very nice and quiet for a solo traveller and located on a stunning tree lined street. I have since rebooked and recommend this property to anyone visiting London.

Wonderful location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast included!

Just be aware there are no lifts - stairs only.

personals very kind, heating good, water good, towels replaced most of the days, bed is big

no fridge, neighbors smoked a joint very bad smell

    6JoyPosted on: 1-17-2026

It is clean and the receptionist is very accommodating and considerate to give me a room on the ground floor since I have two luggages.

There is no air ventilation, feels hot even though the heater is off. And you can here the noise of the other room.

This was a jewel of a hotel. Better than I expected. A lovely room. Warm. Comfortable bed. Relaxing. Breakfast was simple but fine. A quiet location. Very good value for money. I would stay here again.
