Had to ask for more towels and tub to deep hard to take a shower

The staff is amazing! The location could not be better!!

The noice outside our room (103) was extremely audible even down the little corridor to the beds - anyone moving outside or upstairs sounded as if they were in the room with us. It made the sleep quality very poor, and we woke many times overnight. Otherwise we had a lovely stay, thank you.

Comfortable bed, clean room , wonderful staff and location couldn’t be any better . Everything just walking dostantce and around the corner . Very pleased and definitely coming back

Aircon was so loud in our room couldn’t sleep the whole hotel was so stuffy.The reception area smelt awful

The welcome was very good. The receptionists were helpful. Surprised at being given the choice of 4th floor or ground floor room, an upgrade and a plate of fresh fruit.

The mattress! I had difficulty walking around our room in the morning Reported this to the receptionist who said she'd put a marker for next time we book as they can put an extra mattress topper.

Location was excellent. The staff were very professional on welcoming and checking out. Room was lovely.

Avoid this hotel – does not match expectationsThe photos are misleading. There is only one elevator for all guests, and it’s always busy and extremely slow. During our stay, it even stopped working.The room had a very low ceiling, which created a sense of claustrophobia, and the thermostat was broken, so we couldn’t adjust the temperature. We also found torn bed sheets, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this standard.The furniture in the room looked old and heavily used. There was no noise isolation between the rooms, and there was a visible gap between the door and the corridor, letting in light and noise from passing guests, which made it hard to relax.I’ve stayed at many SAS Radisson hotels over the years, but this one was a major disappointment considering the price.

It is lovely situated near Oxford street and easy to access to go. To Argyle Street London palladium

Room 315 my knees were painful with going down from a step to get to bathroom. I think the room needs refurbishing as crack in sink etc

Tiny room. Couldn't move comfortably in between the beds. Tiny bathroom as well.

Location of the hotel was excellent very dry central to London and a metro station staff were very helpful when needed. We will definitely return to this hotel as we thought the location was excellent to explore London.

When we checked into our room we saw the the room was quite small for two adults travelling with two cabin size suitcases. No room on one side of the bed and the bathroom was very small ! We asked reception could we change rooms and were given choices of 4 rooms which was great and the help of Danyl and Lucky was very helpful

Bed was comfortable, welcome note and fruits were well received. WiFi was good, so also the breakfast. Arrangement for Airport taxi was good. Good location with nearby restaurants and supermarkets

Reception staff were indifferent. They informed me that my security deposit is 50 GBP rather than 20 GPB. i was surprised by this despite being informed by several mails that it was 20 GBP. They said it was because of a long stay. Room was not cleaned daily. Room was less spacious than expected.

Noise, obviously in the city so you expect some outside noise but it felt at times I was outside, windows didn’t cut out the horns. You can hear everything in the corridor, steps, doors banging or the room above floors squeaking or the noisy aircon. The room was never the right temperature, and no plug socket by the bed..
