I was initially offered the disabled room, which I think is badly designed because you’re sleeping beside the cooker and fridge

The studio room was super stylish, spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds, wood floors, a fully appointed kitchenette. Fantastic location, efficient check-in and helpful staff. Pricing is fair for everything they offer.

The rooms were very good.

The hotel was under renovation, so the lobby and breakfast area could not be used and there were workers everywhere and a smoke from dust.

Ease of booking, friendly staff, central location.

The hotel and rooms are under renovations. Our room was new and very nice along with a well appointed kitchenette. Great location for walking to many of the local sites.

Cleanliness / maintenance in the bathroom can be improved.

The location of this hotel can¿t be beat. It¿s right in the middle of everything, close to many attractions. The hotel lobby is welcoming and clean.

Unfortunately, the shower was a bit mouldy and the heat in the room didn¿t work properly. The bed was quite hard and there weren¿t any extra blankets (although a nice staff person did bring some quickly upon request).

Hallways had a range of overpowering smells: whether it was other guest/tenants cooking or the air fresheners trying to overcompensate. It made walking to and from the elevator to the room an unpleasant experience daily in and out.

Location.

The service/staff and the very small uncomfortable 1-bedroom. Our room wasn¿t ready until 5pm, impolite staff member. The 1-bed was tiny, uncomfortable with small halls and NO room to move around. We didn¿t even cook bc it was so small and uncomfortable

Kitchenette, Location, Small size, fair price/value for money, good laundry & fitness center, good free all-day coffee options in lobby.

Would prefer walk-in showers, room cleaning/service could be more consistent, breakfast is a bit over priced for options offered (no hot food).

Was convenient to the Holborn Station, good walking distance from food and stores. Great to have a kitchenette available

The room was quiet, the staff was helpfull and kind. The hotel offered free internet.

The suite was a bit small and the double bed quite narrow. The location seems to be a good one concernung the Holborn tube statin but unfortunatly the tube entrance is closed until 10:00 Mondays-Fridays. This information should be mentioned!

Awesome location

Very centrally located close to an underground station (2 lines) and busses. Also close to multiple supermarkets and in walking distance to the British museum. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice size well equipped room. We had a few requests, and Melanie was very helpful in making these happen. That said, all the staff were very nice and helpful. The hotel even provides umbrellas for those rainy days. This centrally located hotel is conveniently situated near an underground station (two lines) and buses. It’s also close to several supermarkets and within walking distance of the British Museum. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and our room (executive 1 bedroom) was spacious and well-equipped. Melanie, in particular, went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The entire staff is warm and welcoming, and the hotel even provides umbrellas for those rainy days.

There was only one working lift, which was slow at times. So we used the stairs a few times which was probably healthier for us.

We had a problem with hot water, and the friendly staff immediately addressed the issue. We were impressed with the outstanding service and consideration we received.
