Location was great and it was nice to leave our luggage before check in

The bed was the worst we've ever slept on. Incredibly uncomfortable.

Value for money hotel near Kings Cross. Discovered an excellent Fish and Chip restaurant a few blocks away. North Sea Fish Restaurant it's called. Top rated. Also, an Italian bistro (Casa Tua) on the way going towards North Sea. The pub on the corner of the street (Cromer?) leading towards said places is just OK for food.

I knew what to expect.

Room was small but I knew that. Clean and comfortable. Tap on bathroom washbasin broke, but was replaced the same day.

The bed was comfortable. The linen provided was clean. Hairdryer available.

Bathroom smelt of cigarette. Very noisy from street. Sound proofing not good.

Good location for our short visit to London. Ten minutes roughly from Kings cross station. Easy check in. Plenty of choices for eating and drinking nearby. We would have no problem with staying there again

Shower head wouldn't stay in position. Lumpy pillows. Rooms overlooking the road tend to be noisy from the traffic.

Staff were friendly, bathroom were clean. Room was a bigger size than expected

The hotel needs a whole refresh, rooms were very tired and dated. Facilities need improving- better mattresses and 2 pillows. For the price it was disappointing

Right by King’s Cross so very easy for us to get too

The location was great for an early Eurostar! Bed was also comfy.

Noisy street, bin men collecting around 11pm. Thankfully winter so was lucky to have the window shut.

Location, 10 min walk to the train station and bus stops right on the front door, welcoming staff, quiet road up front and rooms were quiet too. Coffee, teas, TV, hairdryer, nice shower , lots of rail space for clothes and shelves and you can open the window to let fresh air into the bedroom.They also have several coupons and discounts available to all the touristic attractions in the reception area. We stayed for 3 nights :)

Bedding was clean

I had the re tune the tv because my partner wanted the music channel which I shouldn’t of had to do and we moved the beds together because u booked it in a rush and accidentally book a twin room and there was crumbs underneath the beds and a hair at the top corner or the shower

The location was really handy for King's Cross Station and underground. There were plenty of eateries to choose from and it was a 45 minute walk to the West End. The staff were pleasant, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and we appreciated having tea and coffee-making facilities. We were able to leave our bags in a locked storage room before catching our late afternoon train home.

The sound-proofing between rooms, and floors, isn't great, but there was very little external noise due to the double-glazing and it was quiet in the evening. We had an issue with a small amount of water coming through the ceiling - likely from the shower from the room above. We reported it to reception, on checking out, the following morning, and they made a note to pass to their maintenance team.

Very easy check in. Clean and tidy nice room with shower and kettle etc. Staff were good.

The room was very hot but bearable.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating (we arrived early and they let us leave the bags until the check in time). The room was smallish but had all the basics and the bed was very very comfortable.

The shower didn't have much pressure.
