The hotel location was perfect, it’s right by the Paddington train stop. There are lots of restaurants to choose from in the area as well. It’s also in a cute little neighborhood

Quiet, very clean, high end but not pretentious

The quality of the bed linen could have been better, but I would return regardless.

We had a ?compact? room for ~$---US. It was compact alright, like an inner room on a cruise ship. To move around the room or into the bathroom, the hubs and I had to tag team. ?You go, now you go.? 1 night was OK but wouldn?t want to stay longer.

The location was excellent, only three minutes from Paddington Station, which connects you to almost anywhere in London.

The room is too small for one person; it can't accommodate two children, let alone two adults.

The only complaint was the size of the room. They have small rooms (think 8 feet by 10 feet), but with a good bathroom. Excellent and comfortable with a 4 foot wide bed. Lots of thoughtful features, such as European sockets and US sockets. No adapters needed! Got a laptop and want to catch up on Netflex? HDMI for the TV is right there as are plenty of USB charging sockets. They do have Club rooms and had I known I would have booked one of those. The staff were excellent. I would definately stay there again, but get a bigger room. The alternative if you're needing to be close to Paddington is the Hilton, which is also good and has larger rooms, but of course that is reflected in the price. So overall, yes, an excellent place to stay, but check the small print on the room size.

I loved the location. Very safe and close to paddington station. The staff were very nice and friendly and very helpful.

The room was a bit small so I recommend booking a bigger room.

Was pleasant but not inviting . Some staff was pinched and testy.Overall nice experience / Dinning was very enjoyable.Room was tight for what we paid . Overall would recommend!!

The location was perfect, the free thirty minutes at the spa much needed, the staff friendly, the food yummy, and the amenities comfortable.

Rooms were very very small. One of my group was essentially in a Harry Potter closet.

Location, room and breakfast were all great.

I didn't like that there was no space around sink to put my things when using them.

The room was extremely comfortable & had everything we needed. I had a question about the cooling & the staff was extremely helpful with their answer and called later to make sure we were comfortable.

Perfect location for travel in or out of Piccadilly station.

We were greeted very pleasantly upon our arrival by the hotel staff and appreciated their kindness and professionalism. The accommodations were lovely and spacious, as well as very convenient to Paddington Station and nearby cafes, restaurants and pubs.

Everything was wonderful! There wasn't anything we did not like.

The hotel is in an excellent location - 4-minute walk to Paddington Station. The room was comfortable and the staff welcoming and helpful.

The towels could be a better quality. They were not absorbent.

I tend to stay here in while in London . It’s very close to paddington Station , it’s quiet , safe and clean . Rooms are small but I know that .

The location of the hotel was perfect. The access to other stations was so easy and comfortable.

The room is so small although it was a deluxe single room . Actually, it didn’t worth the cost.

Excellent central location. We stayed over for Christmas and we were made to feel very welcome with some lovely surprises in the room. We really appreciated the friendly, warm welcome. Stayed in a Club Room with loads of space and couldn’t fault the facilities and breakfast. Many thanks x
