The staff were very nice.

The room was dated with old dirty chairs. The room was musty. Not at all what the reviews showed prior to going.

After a long flight from SFO check-in couldn't be more pleasant. Thank you for the amazing service (ladies at check in).I look forward to our next night in London on May 12. Any trips to London in the future this will be he only place we stay!

This is a beautiful hotel and has a great location.

I had a twice confirmed wakeup the day of my flight and a backup alarm, but due to the failure of the US power socket my phone ran out of battery and the front desk never called. I missed my flight arriving 24 hours late and costing ~$----. Unacceptable.

Matress was a little soft and springy. Starting to look a little worn inside the rooms themselves

Location was perfect, comfort of a five star boutique hotel, fast service, front desk very helpful

Room service only till 11pm I believe and no restaurant on Sunday evening. Not uncommon for London on a Sunday night as most hotel restaurants weren't open either and most local restaurant to were also closed. There were a couple of good alternatives

Beautiful ckean room, with a great big bathroom (sepárate deep tub and shower)

Very clean. Accessible. Not noisy. Bar has good food/drinks/dessert. Excellent breakfast!

Discretionary service charge was added to the bill on check in without notification - increasing the price beyond expectations from booking.com. Room and service was pleasant though fairly basic for the price bracket and reputation of the Hotel chain. Bathroom facilities and amenities were also below expectation - requests for larger towels only resulted in receiving extra towels with no explanation.Overall stay was fine, though not as expected.

Beautiful architecture dome in reception area with updated interior design that makes most of original structure. Good location

Room is spacious

Nothing obvious. Front door could be more noise cancelling proof. Corridor chat can be heard.

Great location, wonderful staff and superb breakfast.

The only downside was the connecting door in the room to the adjacent one. It made for poor sound insulation and I could hear my neighbours phone calls (staff very kindly found me an alternative room though)

Nothing Everything was perfect

We were upgraded which was a lovely and the breakfast was good quality and plentiful

Signposting to rooms when we got out of the lift at the rear of the hotel was sparse.
