Pros +
- Incredible location 5 mins away from Paddington Station, and 10 min walk away from Hyde Park.
- The location of the hotel was quite okay, it was very close to the metro station, from which you can easily reach the city centre. It was located in a nice and calm neighbourhood near Hyde Park. The room had a coffee machine that was well appreciated. The bed is okay and comfortable. The wifi works well.
- Excellent location, a short walk from Paddington and Lancaster Gate tube stations and very close to Hyde Park. Room was clean and comfortable. As other guests mentioned, there is no lift and we were on the top floor but the staff kindly brought our suitcases upstairs for us.
Cons -
- Compact room was quite small but not unmanageable, really good home base but not really good for staying long periods in
- As all the comments mentioned, the rooms were really small and there is no elevator. The shower was okay, but the sink was so narrow that we couldn't even wash our faces in the morning. They allow you only 2 bottles of water per day, so when you finish them, you have to buy more from the supermarket.
- The sink didn’t drain properly and was very small.

Great location, 5 minute walk from the Paddington station. Beautiful place, nice and quiet. Very comfy bed. Housekeeping was on top as well. Overall, very happy with our stay. Would stay here again next time.
Would recommend to just tidy up the walls - needs just redecorating with a bit of paint really. It was a bit of a hard work using the stairs, as the property has no lift, but its a good workout at the same time.
Nice location Like the equipments in the room
Toilet was a little bit small.Sometimes can be little bit loud from the upstairs
Very clean , newly refurbished.
Bathroom was newly refurbished but very very small .
great room. good location. lovely receptionist.
few amenities in the hotel, but this is not an issue since the area has lots.
I had a great welcome from the receptionist. The room was clean and comfortable. It was a good value for money and a great location.
Having no lift was hard
The location
The receptionist was very rude when I checked in. no lift and dirty shower.
I really liked the location of the hotel. It is very central and close to everything. The hotel is near train stations and located in a nice neighborhood. I felt safe around the area and did not encounter any strange people on the street.
As for the things I did not like, there is no elevator, which is a big downside. Fortunately, my room was on the second floor; if it had been higher, it would have been very difficult to carry the luggage. I honestly don’t understand how a building like this can not have an elevator. The windows also do not open properly — you can only open them slightly from the bottom.Overall, I would say it is an average hotel. If I come to London again, I probably would not stay here. After paying this amount, I would at least expect an elevator
Very good location as just 5 min walk to Paddington station, surprisingly spacious for the location & price, big window, lovely toiletries (Molton Brown), free Coffee, Tea, Water, nice & clean & modern but still charming
It’s a little noisy when the cleaners start
This is my second stay. Great location, a short walk from Paddington station. Room was warm, clean and very spacious. Bed was incredibly comfortable.
The only issue is the stairs!
Managed to get a ground floor room which was great. I can understand frustration for rooms on the upper floors with no lift facility. Clean room, lovely shower.
Had to ask for the bath robes that were listed on the website. Also asked for more milk, but no one bought any and there were no staff around the following morning to ask. No smart TV feature.
Location
Stairs only no lifts, staff was helpful though with baggage
The room sizes were great compared to average room sizes in London. Good staff , clean , great bathroom size.
We had 3 rooms , my friend had some complaints about cleaning.
Great size room, very modern, neat and tidy in a fantastic location.
Attractive, comfortable room
Small shower, no constant staff member present. No tourist pamphlets, etc.
Location. Great shower.
A little cramped but that’s expected.
The staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was just what a needed for a short stay in London. It was very close to a major rail stop, and therefore easy to get around town.
There were not of amenities beyond the room, but the room was very comfortable and well-stocked.
The location.
The bathroom had a LOT of mold. We found out at night cause we were out all day and there nobody at the service desk. The windows were full of mold. Curtains were ripped. Window wouldnt open without a screw falling out. There were long light brown hairs all over the room. Me and my friend both have black hair. I reached out to the hotel - no responseReached out to Booking - getting a €26 compensation. I paid €193 for this. What a disappointment.
