Blades Hotel

The staff was very kind and hotel was in a quiet area.

I'm a young woman traveling alone and I felt very uncomfortable at this hotel. So much so, in fact, that I didn't end up staying either of the two nights I booked here. I ended up forfeiting my full payment on this to move to a different hotel.

I wish the rooms had ice boxes. I wish the hotel had ice. I think the hotel would benefit if it had a small convenient store with just the essential items for sale. Breakfast offered was good but simple. It would've been nice to have danishes & muffins

The bathroom was down the other end of the corridor which wasn't ideal as we had kids with us who needed the toilet in the night

The staff at the establishment consistently demonstrate politeness and kindness, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests. I would like to extend a special thanks to Tammy, who has gone above and beyond in her role; she was not only incredibly helpful but also took the time to assist me with my luggage, making my arrival much smoother. Her cheerful demeanour and willingness to lend a hand truly stood out. Overall, every staff member I encountered was equally kind and attentive, contributing to a pleasant experience during my stay.

Just a little downside on the floor. It creaks when I walk; it needs a little TLC. Perhaps a sound check and a little hammering to tighten the floorboards.

The receptionist/lady that checked us in was very kind and gave us recommendations of the city.

Location for public transport, train and buses. Easy access to shops and variety of food outlets early morning to late evening. Idea for exploring the City.

Not suitable for anyone who has difficulty climbing stairs. Lovely period building with no lift Staff helpful and changed our room. .

The room was spacious. The location of the hotel was great, 10 mins walk to the train station, bus route 24 goes around the area 24/7.

Hotel Blades is really great place to stay when visiting London. Place has amazing location, a lot of famous sites nearby, close to metro station and restaurants. Well equiped and clean rooms, comfortable beds. Really friendly staff.

Everything was perfect, no complaints

The hotel is in a great location, the view from the window is beautiful, the street is very lovely and not as loud as other central areas - quite quiet in fact during the night. The neighborhood is also lovely, within a five minute walk there is everything you need - grocery shop, pharmacy, places to grab food, etc. The room itself was quite nice and cozy, I felt great being there. The staff were lovely especially the Polish lady at the front desk and the cleaning ladies, they made sure everything was alright with my stay and were checking in quite frequently.

I would have liked if there was a bit more storage space, like a cupboard, or another shelf or two in the bathroom. As I was there for a longer stay, I didn't have much space to put my belongings. Additionally, I needed a fridge to put some medicines but the hotel (not only the room) did not have one which was a bit inconvenient.

It was a very nice looking authentic hotel. B eds were comfortable, staff super friendly and helpful. Also the location was perect to eexplore London. Everything was lovely, thanks!

Maybe just the fact that it was very hot water in the shower, other than that it as really great.

Location for Victoria Palace Theatre was brilliant. Lovely clean hotel, comfortable beds. Amazing price for a family room...we will definitely be back.

Position of hotel is so good and very close to most of the touristic area. It was clean.

Fan voice was a lot at wc. We stayed with 2 person and it was too noisy.They dont allow to put your baggage after check out.
