Fantastic location

Room extremely small for price we paid. Room dark and facing at side with very little light. However linen extremely good quality

Great location, helpful friendly staff, nice rooms.

They ran out of milk at breakfast so it wasn’t possible to have any cereal.

The staff were so lovely. We were selected as the hotel's VIP guests for the day and received a free room upgrade and complimentary prosecco and macarons which was a lovely touch.The hotel is exceptionally clean and the bathroom was well-stocked with toiletries etc.I would certainly stay here again

Beautiful hotel in lovely part of London

No kettle in room or milk but teabags and coffee machine. Iron but no ironing board. We were asked for ID the minute we arrived at Reception although we are UK citizens. Our room had a view of a brick wall which seems to be the norm when booking with booking.com for some reason. We had complimentary afternoon tea but had to ask for cups and milk.

The location is great and the staff is very attentive and kind. I think they recently redecorated and it looks fresher. Also it’s very clean.

Rooms are smallish but that’s typical for a large city .

I loved every aspect of this hotel: the bedroom, the bathroom, the staff available for my needs and the view from the window to Sloane Square. The breakfast was very good and varied. I really recommend it if you want to visit London and absolutely if you have an event at Cadogan Hall (in my case). The position is great and near the city centre!

Great location in Sloane Square with the tube across the road. Food from Cote, which is excellent. They even offer room service for £5. Staff were very helpful. Room was comfortable and had everything I needed.

My room had a problem with the Air Conditioner as it didn't regulate. It soon became too hot so I turned it off. This suited me so I only told them when I left. They said 'it wouldn't suit me' and were surprised I'd not asked for it to be fixed. It'll be now be fixed, my choice to leave it.

Brilliant location, very friendly staff, clean and a beautiful part of London with easy access to public transport.

Not keen on nespresso coffee in the room. Asked for a kettle!Prefer normal coffee.Also TV choice of channels limited. No news channels!

Always a favourite spot to stay, great location and nice accommodation.

I still believe a hotel in this location should have a bar which opens in the evenings. The hotel has relatively recently opened Knox - a cocktail/music venue which is open 6 days but is inappropriate for this hotel in my opinion.

Location excellent, hotel very comfortable.. we were upgraded to a larger room which was lovely but not that large! we were there for one night and everything was good..

Really friendly staff.Location great for concert at Cadagon Hall and for visiting Harrods.Nice bar in the basement but make sure you ask for a key and for a discount on first drink ( these were not offered and we had to ask).

Size of bedroom. Whilst the website does give room sizes the double room was very small and really only suitable for a one night stay. The bathroom and in particular the shower was very small and would be challenging for anyone who is tall or on the larger size. Limited breakfast options. We found an alternative nearby.

Location is excellent. Walking distance to Knightsbridge or Bus Stops nearby.

A room overlooking the square means it is noisy, even during the night.However, our bedroom was small but lovely. Very clean. Only complaint would be that the sink in the bathroom was very small and even just washing your face means water ends up everywhere. Breakfast had a lovely and fresh selection but no cooked items (except boiled eggs) which would have been nice.

Nothing really. The room was quite small but that's to be expected and I think I got a single room

The receptionists were exceptionally helpful and professional.In particular, two staff members working the morning shift were outstanding — attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names, as instead of name badges they wear the hotel logo, but their professionalism truly made a difference and deserves recognition.

Very poor lighting in main bedroom and by the bed. Room quite small for a double. Didn't like position of wardrobe by bed also had to ask for a kettle and was not with tea tray and cups.
