    Cons -

    • Night staff was rude I was given the wrong room that I hadn't booked as an over 75 had to go up three flights of stairs with a suitcase as no lift and told only the room left on the ground floor. When my daughter called to complain as she had done the booking that we were given a room without a shower or toilet facility yet we paid for this they did rectify it after my daughters call and after all that a room appeared on the ground floor after being told non on the ground floor. This was disappointing but I got my right room in the end which was ok.
    • The rooms were nothing like the photos online. The rooms were constructed poorly, they used a mixture of plywood and drywall. The walls are thin and you hear everything from your neighbors. The bed and linens were very cheap. They had sections of the floor that appear to have never been cleaned.
    • The pictures posted on the booking portal are misleading The room, shower& toilet are so cramped that u can barely move in it.The size of the room does not allow u to even open a mid size suitcase. The room given to me was in a dilapidated state,no toiletries, towels only on asking.

I appreciated how easy it was to access my room before 2 PM. The room, though small, contains all the bare essentials. Its location is ideal, as it is conveniently located near the train station, making it easy to return after a long day of walking. I preferred that the room include a hair dryer and an iron. Still, I do appreciate that these items are available upon request.

    Very good location.

Walls very thin and the neighbours were extremely noisy

Excellent location right by King’s Cross and friendly staff.

Paper thin walls. Felt like my neighbors were in the same room with me but luckily they went to bed at a reasonable hour so no complaints there. If you get a loud neighbor, it could ruin your stay. Also this hotel is near a busy street so keep that in mind. Bed was also uncomfortable.

    Great, great location.

More of a hostel than hotel. Very small and cramp.

Convenient location and easy to find.

Rooms were small. Double bed barely fit two adults but mattress was soft and clean. There was BLOOD. literal blood splatters on the bathroom walls near the toilet. We assume it was from someone’s womanly time of the month. Nothing other than 2 bars of soap given—no shampoo or conditioner. Cold water didn’t turn on, we had to force the faucet. TV was the size of a iPad and the mount against the wall didn’t move so it was angled away from the bed. Furniture old and outdated. No AC, and the ceiling fan shook so we did not use it. It was HOT. The fan they supplied was old, small, and loud. Stairs are hard to get up. No secondary bolt on door, just the room lock that can be opened with a key so my partner and I slept with our chair propped against the door. Windows are thin and don’t keep sound out. Woman who checked us in acted like we were an inconvenience in her world, but the woman who checked us out was wonderful and funny. Not worth £60.

    Very good location

    No visitors allowed. Staff unfriendly.

I would say the price-but that isn’t even true it was largely over priced for the experience

Only a sink and a bed in the room, uncomfortably bed sheets, just one pillow, no bathroom, not cleanly, and the heat on blast to the point I was sweating without sheets on,

    8MekauskasPosted on: 12-12-2025

The staff were really friendly. I locked myself out of my room and they helped me get back in promptly. I also got carried away and ended up checking out late by 20 minutes but the receptionist was understanding.

The noise. If you like a quiet rest, you won't get it here.

    6Motlhabane K.Posted on: 12-5-2025

Clean room. Clean shower with warm water. Location convenience. Serving purpose.

The receptionist was not friendly. I felt like an imposter when I was being checked in. Even though I heard booking reference no. & everything clearly explained on my booking app and havingpresented my ID document. It still took ages to check me in.

The location is very close to St Pancras International Station. The bed was comfortable

Facilities were very poor. No soaps or washing materials, very small and less than basic room. In general, the hotel needed a complete refurbish.

    7MwauraPosted on: 11-12-2025

Location is very close to a major train station

The rooms are very small and steep stairs

    7ClarkePosted on: 11-4-2025

I appreciated the simplicity of the space, its location, and quiet.

    it fit our needs perfectly.

    6LeonardoPosted on: 11-4-2025

    Very convenient location

Shared shower and toilet were not very clean (mostly because of other guests). A bit noisy during night. Occasional sounds from trains even during the night. You can hear other guests in the corridor (noisy doors too).

    2BinkiePosted on: 10-27-2025

Location close to St Pancras station

Insecure poor quality WiFi, TV didn’t work, one horrible little pillow, very noisy.

    5LindaPosted on: 10-11-2025

The location, cleanliness, price and staff were great.

It was more like a hostel.

    9RenataPosted on: 10-11-2025

Really good for the price.I arrived late at night and the staff was really nice, the hotel is easy to find and the location is amazing! I got a room downstairs and it was super clean, comfortable. Also room service went over to collect trash and make the bed. Good bed, a table by the window with TV and a private bathroom (super clean). Its for sure a place I will stay again when back to London

The room felt a little hot and stuffed, even tho I turned the heather off I didn't get much airflow from the windows since I was downstairs. My window was to a small square backyard. For next time ill probably try to ask for a room on a higher floor and maybe turned to the main street, that will help. But overall, was a really good experience
