    Pros +

    • Location and staff. Security is good too.
    • The location & staff were great & the room was clean.
    • Stayed here many times before. Friendly staff. Very clean. Looked like the place has had a tidy up.

    Cons -

    • The room was small but adequate.
    • The shower was missing a door & the temperature would not remain steady, as it swung between cold & too hot.
    • Cleaning staff left few hairs in the bathroom although it looked clean overall ; some furniture is stained and old ; chair is super stained and definitely needs changing.

Good customer service at check in. Location is good. Room and facilities are fine. Value for money hard to argue with.

Internally there was no noise disturbance but the neighbourhood is noisy with sirens and a nearby bar open until late. But find a place in central London where this isn't an issue!

Good location, everything you need in a room, good value for money.

Depending on which side of the building you're in, depends on whether you iverllok a school and depending on which day of the week and how late you sleep, you might get woken up by screaming kids. Just saying

Great Hotel, so close to all transport hubs. The room, although small, had everything for a good stay. It was clean, and had good wardrobe space, Bathroom was small, but I was glad to have an en suite, especially as the rate was very reasonableBags can be left at check out to be collected later. I will definitely book it again if I'm back in London

I have nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Excellent Hotel 5 minutes walk from St Pancras and Kings Cross, 2 mins to the bars and restaurants. Staff lovely. Highly recommend.

    Location.

Frightening amount of money for a room that you couldn’t swing a cat in, and a dodgy dubious fitting on a bedsit light//lamp.

    Location and price

You may get some noise from the next door school if the kids play football in the morning

    8SonneveltPosted on: 2-4-2026

Locationwise, perfect, just across King's Cross and St Pancras Int Train station. Beds where very good. We had the family room with 4 beds which was small, but if you only need a hotel to sleep on good beds for a good price, this is the place..

Bit small, but that is what you get if you have a normal hotelroom and place 4 beds in it. So if you want to spend your days in London in the hotel room, you better not get the Familyroom for 4 persons.

Excellent location. Reasonable price for London. Comfortable room. Good shower. Helpful receptionist.

Great shower, comfy bed and pillows. Excellent location, this is what youre paying for. It was clean.

The bathroom smelt very badly of damp. The hair dryer was old fashioned against the wall-just need to purchase one. The room is small, I wouldn't stay more than one night with a big case. No lift so be prepared to carry!

Good location, clean room. Responsive staff

Dropped something under the bed & had to move it to retrieve. Dust was incredible! The window wouldn't open & actually broke but we had a rapid response to fix the issue from the teamone half of the shower door was missing, & the shower caddy was very rusty.

Clean rooms and helpful staff. Close to Kings Cross and St. Pancras.

    I liked everything.

    8AndrewPosted on: 1-21-2026

small basic private room walking distance from Pancares.

Its a budget room so I understand that but this room might need some maintenance on the toilet. I am a big man and toilet was unstable and wonky.

The location suits me very well, the rooms are nice, the staff friendly

I was put in a room with smelly plumbing. In the beginning I thought the smell will go away, but I woke up as it was unbearable. At 2 a.m. a member of staff moved me to another room where I could get some sleep before a working day. They should not have put anyone into that smelly room in the first place! It's a shame, because it's a nice budget hotel.

Small hotel in good location. Clean and comfortable. Nice hot shower. Very pleasant staff.

    10NickPosted on: 1-15-2026

Location is fantastic, directly opposite St Pancras station, so I don't mind paying a little extra. The en suite room is, personally, more convenient and, again worth paying a little more. The beds a comfortable, even if the pillows are a little hard.I've stayed here three times in less than a year, and I'll probably stay a couple more times this year.

    Not much to dislike.

Room was clean, and staff was friendly and the hotel was walking distance from St Pancras.
