A choice of some alcoholic drinks and breakfast would be good, that won't stop me using it again though .....

Exceptionally clean, the owner booked me in & was very friendly & helpful. Although my room was small (single) it was immaculate & everything you needed to hand. From the front door to my room the whole hotel was spotless.

My room was very small but so am I so I really can’t find any fault.

The staff were incredibly nice and helping. The place is very near Kings Cross and St. Pancras station. A lot of places to go to eat. Room was very clean and had everything we needed.

Easy location for early travel for international trains from London.

Bathroom fan ran constantly through out your night switching off and titning back on which didn't help with my sleep.

Stayed here a few times. Location fantastic for Kings Cross & St Pancras. It’s clean & although very small it’s comfortable & quiet. Staff are very friendly. Always manage to check in early. I’ll be back soon.

Rooms very small so ok for one night but not for a long stay.

Clean and well presented, some very nice touches on arrival. The staff were very welcoming and supportive. Located near the railway stations and walkable (for us) to the West End

Hotel is a lovely little hotel. Rooms were modern and clean. Night reception gentleman was so friendly and lovely. We stayed on a stop over to rest on way to and back from the Alps. Great location. 10 mins walk from St Panc station.

Noise. It's noisy but that isn't the hotels fault. I never really sleep in London as I'm used to the country

Hotel room very smart, modern, and clean. We were running a race in central London that morning, so needed to shower and change after - staff kindly allowed us to do late check-out, which was much appreciated.

Great location- only ten mins walk from St Panc station. We stayed over on a layover to and from the Alps. Rooms are clean and modern with tea and coffee making facilities. Staff are so friendly. Check in was smooth.

City noise. But that's not the hotels fault. We're used to country peace and quiet so we never really sleep when we do a city stay.

Fantastic location, just a 5 minute walk from Kings Cross station. Lovely reception area and the staff were always polite and welcoming. The single room was small, but ideal for my needs and was still very clean, comfortable and the shower/toilet looked brand new. I liked the small free complimentary chocolates with the tea/coffee and the hairdryer was a godsend. Upon checking out, I was able to leave my luggage in the reception area until later in the day when my train was due which was brilliant as saved me having to take it with me everywhere. I'll now always consider this my chosen hotel when visiting again in the future

It was a great location, spotlessly clean and the staff were very friendly and gave us such a warm welcome! The beds were comfortable and the free chocolates were a lovely touch.

We were unable to turn the radiator down in the room and it was boiling so we ended up opening the window.

This is the second time we've stayed here. Lovely little hotel. Great family room for the four of us. All beds decent sizes and comfortable.We like it as it's so close to kings cross. Very clean and very friendly staff.Kettle in room with plenty of teas and coffees. Everything you need

The only niggle was the noise from above our room in the early hours. Assuming it was someone leaving very early

The location for Kings Cross is ideal. The hotel is nice and clean and the staff are lovely.

The rooms are small and the walls are very thin.

The situation of the hotel is great next to Kings Cross Station the room for two is well equippedAnd the person of the hotel is very nice
