Great location for us
Very small rooms and we are tall people. No lift
Staff were very attentive. Location was great for Kings Cross St Pancras..
Floating bed takes a bit of getting used to!
Location to Kings Cross station. Decor in the reception and bar areas was quirky but worked well, I thought it looked great.
Bed was too short for me causing a bit of back ache. Other guests slamming doors at 11-11:30 wasn’t very good either.
Great location and interesting period property which has been decorated with style and fun
Some night noise with guests arriving but not too bad
Room was very clean and was cleaned on our second day of trip, amenities were good too.
Location to Eurostar terminalNice comfy hotel Unfortunately we did not have the opportunity to enjoy breakfast due to our early departure on Eurostar
Arriving after a long flight, I really appreciated the warm welcome at reception. Irene who was on duty was very friendly and helpful. I had an early morning train from Kings Cross the next day and had traveled to Kings Cross on the underground from Heathrow. The location so close to the Kings Cross St Pancras is why I chose this hotel and it is just a couple of minutes away. The room was not particularly spacious, but there was plenty of space for my three items of luggage and the bed was comfortable with good quality linens. It was also surprisingly quiet given the location.
I arrived around 9:30pm and checked out the following morning around 6am so I can't say anything about breakfast or how the place might be for a longer stay.
Friendly welcome, people who welcomed us helped us carry the luggage. Very close to St. Pancras international.
The hallways were super small, lots of staircases, no elevator... The room was super warm, even though it was cold and winter outside. We didn't sleep well because of that. A lot of noise from the street and the other guests who arrived late during the evening/night. Not so friendly goodbyes from the staff.

Room size and facilities
Ideal location being very close to King’s Cross Station and London Underground network. Booked a large double with walk in shower and despite room being at road / pavement level, no issues with noise and building work being conducted opposite stopped at sensible times early evening. Room was very clean and all staff very friendly, will certainly stay again when next visiting London for a few days.
The staff extremely helpful.Position excellent so near for the Euro Star Very pleasant bar for a quick drink after a stressful journey.I would certainly recommend it for an overnight stay.
The whole experience for a couple of nights excellent. As it is old London house stairs could be a difficult for anyone with mobility issues.
Not much - location for Eurostar very good
Too many stairs - starting from outside the front door. Were initially offered a ground floor room which was then changed to a below ground room (I suspect because we hadn’t paid enough to warrant a better room). Were told it was only‘two steps’ down which turned into two flights and several turns in the warren-like building. The room itself was a big cupboard. Very cramped and we were glad we were only staying for one night. Although we left very early in the morning and would not have wanted breakfast, no mention was made. The first member of staff we spoke to was very helpful, subsequent person not quite so. Cleanliness-wise, not the worst we have stayed in - bathroom needed a bit of tlc with loose loo seat, limescale, rusty radiator. Would not go back.
Location, big room, quiet and clean
The room door needed a little push to open. Not completely step-free
It was quirky, clean, and vibrant.
Can’t say anything about that as no complaints.
Location is great if you need to go to St Pancras - we had to catch an early train so it was ideal for us. The room was clean - comfortable . They allowed us to leave our bags there and come back later to check in
The rooms and bathrooms are old fashioned but were clean so we didnt have a problem with it but it was a shower over a bathtub so that could be an access issue for some. We were fine with everything - there is a bit of noise but to be expected
Close to St Pancras
Tiny tiny roomTiny shower with door they didn’t openTiny sinkHairdryer brokenToo hot and no ventilation Noisy noisy from outside and inside
Staff were polite, the location is good coming from Kings Cross or St Pancras Station.
Not much ventilation in the room when showering or if the room becomes stuffy. No instructions for the window to let air in. Water bottles had brown residue on the caps and an ant joined my pillow in the morning. Basement type small room, so maybe its not in constant use. Shower isn't level enough to drain all water fully. Metal bedframe dusty and a bit rusted in the corners. Its all manageable, but maybe less so for longer stays.
Position Pleasant roomNo problems
No lift ..on 3rd floor
