    Very Good

    Based on 546 reviews

    Pros +

    • Location was very central, easy to get to from public transportation. Bed was comfortable enough.
    • Good location
    • Friendly staff

    Cons -

    • Double bed barely fit me and my wife, room was almost too small for us and our luggage. Bathroom's cleanliness left much to be desired. Many "little things" were missing or broken. Dirty dishes were in the room upon arrival and were never taken away.
    • We were on third floor with no elevator. Reception and staff were at another small hotel around the corner. Room was very small.
    • Smallest room I have ever stayed in. Bathroom is super small. Shower is the 40cm small space between toilet and sink. Wifi didn't work.

Handy location, great communication from the manager. Loved the tea trolley. Has everything you need.

Road is a bit dodgy but not unsafe.

    10TimPosted on: 2-9-2026

Location - team were excellent - tea trolley in the morning was cute.

Front door had issues and as no reception - had to call someone to enter the property. They said it was going to be fixed that day.

Some really nice touches, like a Cucumber Sandwich, and some complementary items in the minibar. Microwave for heating food, and Tea in the morning, although we didn't realise until we left. The bed was clean and comfy. Some interesting and Quirky decor, like the Marshall amp fridge.

There was a bit of a drain smell from the bathroom, and the hot water was very slow to come, but it did eventually.Sound traveled a lot between rooms, as the gap under the door was big and the doors were pretty flimsy.

Everyone I encountered at Rokxy were really kind, contactable and considerate .. the personal touches in the room and morning tea delivered to the door a treat. It makes you feel like ‘family’ which is rare in London accommodations. I enjoyed the layout of the room with separate kitchenette and lower level shower room. Super comfy space with everything you need. Very convenient location to Kings Cross station.. A real surprise find in the hustle bustle of Kings Cross

I’m not a fan of basement rooms and hadn’t realised the king suite was below ground. I think in summer though it could be a lovely retreat. I’d suggest an internal lock to the door - even though it’s a key pad door I’d feel more comfy with an internal door lock too.. My other request would be attention to the broken leg chair in the room and suggest it’s time for a thorough deep clean throughout and a refresh repaint

Quirky hotel with a unique concept. Loved the way they used the space in the room and the tea service every morning. Fun design. So much different vs. typical corporate hotels...

No safe in our room. Only window was to a tiny inner courtyard - however it was very quiet on the other hand.

Fabulous location for earlyMorning train ride. Staff fabulous.

Double room was very small. Incredibly small bathroom.

    Almost nothing

I booked a penthouse with a balcony, it was second floor room. Breakfast was a cup of tea and packet of mini oreros, total rip off

Great location, amazing from the guys who we met when we arrived to drop our bags off.Checked in around 4.30 to find our bags had been delivered to our room and a little gift was left for us as well. Bed was comfortable, tea left outside your room on the morning with a morning paper ( the little thing’s always makes your stay a bit brighter).

This would have been a 10 , room a little small and nowhere for you to put your clothes ( for you ladies out there). Tiny details not really a problem, would definitely recommend and will definitely be staying here again.

    Coffee machine needs replacement

The staff were all so lovely and helpful, we were able to store our bags and we came back to them in our room for us. The personalised mini bar and sandwiches were such a lovely touch. Quite and great location to get an early euro star.

The drains in bathroom had a funny smell, but was fine in the room.

From dropping off our luggage to there’s tray delivered in the morning, this place is so good.Communication before and during our stay was brilliant and the added touches/gifts in or room so very kind and thoughtful.

    10JakubPosted on: 12-8-2025

The location and the stuff is the absolute top tier. Interior design in a nice add on as well.

The room is absolutely tiny, for one night is enough. Unfortunately there is no good acoustic insulation and you hear every sound from the corridor.

    10CarstenPosted on: 12-7-2025

Location perfect for Kingscross, decor, staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for you, all the little extra treats and the cuppa delivered in the morning

Bathroom a bit small but we did expect it so wasn’t bothered.

    10MartinPosted on: 12-7-2025

Location of this property is great. What I especially appreciated was the personal touch from the host. he was very responsive for any inquiries,, and went above and beyond to accomodate. There was free food, mini fridge, and a surprise english tea in the morning. This place was fantastic!
