Reasonable location

Faulty shower, tv that didn't work and no WiFi signal in the room so did not provide services booked.

Great Location, high ceiling in Room, minimalistic but fulfills all needs for a short day

The room was small but clean. The staff really polite and helpful.

After the first day the elevator didn't work anymore, but since my room was on the first floor it didn't really bisher me.

Nothing it was terrible didn't even stay the night

The room was filthy waste water leaking through the wall and there were sign off bed bugs

Great location, and nice views outside our window. However the shower box in the bathroom was very small. It was difficult to shower in as there’s no space to move around, especially for a taller male.

The hotel has a great location. The staff was extremely kind and helpful. The room was small, but it was very clean, well-organized, and comfortable.

The shower had very low water pressure, really very little water. The elevator was out of order, and the air inside the hotel was very hot.

The bed and pillow were comfortable. The staff is kind. Location is very good (near Earls Court metro and restaurants). Hair dryer is suprisingly very good. We had tea and coffee prepared.

Bathroom is not compatible for pregnant woman or overweight people because is very small (you can you the shower, the wc and the washbasin at the same time). Shower gel is not for hair washing! View is horrible, curtain is like 1000 years old and 30 kg. No fridge or microwave. It was not clean at all, we found hair everywhere (staff should wear hairnet!!) The shower haid is unusable. We will never come back.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. The provision is quite basic but sufficient for a short stay. It was very warm, quiet and the staff were reasonably friendly.

The shower temperature was hard to control, it was difficult to get it down from very hot!A more welcoming approach from reception staff, particularly on arrival, would be good.

Not cleaned properly. Security a bit lapse. I guess you get what you pay for.

Convenient location very close to Earl's Court Tube station. Felt like a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Slept quite well. Very good rate for one night stay.

Single room was very small and the bed was quite narrow and slightly lumpy. Bathroom was extremely small to move around in although it was clean and just about manageable. Small wall-mounted TV that didn't work. Walls were paper thin and I could overhear conversations all around. That said, once the noise died down I slept ok.

The hotel is a good choice giving you a confortable stay in London. The staff was very friendly, addressing all our needs with a smile on their face! The neighbourhood and the surroundings are so nice too. Definitively this was a perfect choice for our stay in London, hardly recommended!

Cleanliness was poor. Nowhere to get water etc. not even a vending machine.

Small room

the location is amazing, it's so well connected to everywhere you may need to go. Room was a little small but the beds are really comfy, also the temperature of the room was amazing!!
