Pros +
- Good staff and clean room
- Fantastic location between Victoria and Pimlico with great shopping, restaurants, cafes on your doorstep. Warm welcome. 24 hour reception. Very quiet for a central London location (I was in a room at the back so no road noise). Very good value for the area. Excellent for a short stay. My room had everything I needed but it was a very small single - exactly as described and booked.
- It's a well priced comfortable room for the money.
Cons -
- The room doesn’t have window
- The room was small (as expected) and the shower door a bit of a squeeze, but if just using it as a base to be out and about - all good.
- Larger sink needed as its difficult to get head close to the sink due to shelf.

The building itself is acceptable and relatively easy to navigate.
However, the cleanliness of the room was completely inadequate. The floor was extremely dirty, with a significant accumulation of dust behind and around the beds, clearly indicating that it had not been cleaned for weeks. Furthermore, I found something particularly unhygienic and unacceptable: a fingernail on the floor. The triple room consists of one large bed and a camp bed.
The location was excellent, Stuff friendly, front desk open 24 hours.
Room was tiny, could Hardy move, was only me though so didnt matter too much, was quite expensive for what you get, but I guess the location is why its expensive.
Good location, 1 station away from victoria, nice restaurants around, helpful personel
Bad smell under the shower, yellow stain on the sheet, Brown stains on the wall, very noisy, thin walls, stomping can be heard.
I loved my stay at Victoria Inn, it's very well located, close to Big Ben and Westminster Abbey, I was walking around by foot. There was a kettle in the room and the hotel provided coffee, tea, milk, sugar, it was nice considering the weather. I complained about the temperature in the wood and was given an additional heater. The room was very clean.
My room was veryyyy small, but as I came for sightseeing, I did not feel myself uncomfortable.
The room had everything I needed, quite compact but I expect that in London at the price point. The room was serviced daily if requested and was kept clean, as were all the areas within the hotel. The hotel is very well situated in a pleasant area of London, close to bus and tube and within walking distance of many attractions. Plenty of places to eat close by and convenience stores open all day every day.
Convenient location
Uncomfortable bed and the water in the shower didn’t drain
Staff is very friendly and helpful. The checking in and out process is simple and easy. The location is very close to Pimlico station which is very handy if you rely on public transit.
The room was full of mold (behind the fullbody mirror and in the ceiling corners) and cobwebs. There was a thick layer of dust on top of the television, indicating that it hadn't been cleaned in a while. Walls are thin, so if someone next door is having a phonecall next door at 1am, it'll probably wake you up like it did me.
Location was superb. 24 hour reception very helpful, place was nice and secure/safe. Tube 2 min walk away, plenty of options for food nearby. Reception staff friendly, plenty of towels provided (these were super fluffy!), plenty of shampoo/soap in bathroom. Place was clean.
Beds were extremely uncomfortable - we were a family of 4, and my bed in particular I could feel the springs poking up, had a terrible sleep during our stay due to old & worn mattresses. Bathroom was a bit too small for a family of 4, standing room only in the bathroom. Probably the biggest disappointment is that they did not service our room once during our stay of 4 nights, even though their website says 'daily room servicing' - we asked repeatedly for this to be done, but it was ignored, our rubbish bins were overflowing & this part of our stay was terrible - we ended up staying we would empty the bins ourselves, but were assured housekeeping would do this, and we required more towels (given we were a family of 4, staying 4 nights) - the lack of housekeeping was extremely disappointing, I would not want to stay at this place again due to this.
Quite and very clean room.Any questions I had,the staff was always helpful.Great accommodation.
Nothing to add.
Very central, between Victoria and Pimlico. Nice staff, warm room even if a bit tiny but pictures were real. Everyday change of towels. I recommend it
Not applicabile as It was a nice and comfortable stay.
Good location, rooms were ok size, staff were friendly.
The bathroom needed an upgrade as it had black mould in the shower, the water didn't drain very well in the shower so I had to turn off half way through and wait for water to empty out a bit before resuming. The sink tap went over the side so I couldn't have it on very strong. Kettle had water already in it that stank awful so couldn't use it and the TV signal was terrible.
Location was good. Comfortable beds.
Room small for 3 people.
smooth check-in, easy to find, free wifi that mostly worked.
Room was tiny - as expected - but kind of dingy and a bit sad, to be honest. Bathroom was so small as to be borderline usable, the shower was totally clogged, and the doors slammed so loud throughout the night. Next time I'd pay £20 more for a better situation - not worth the savings.
An incredible price for what you get, and excellent location. The staff was very nice and helpful
The bathroom wasn’t the cleanest, and the air conditioning was on and off.
Great location close to tube, trains, café etc
No safe.
No breakfast/restaurant on site but alot around
The elevator is too small, the bathroom had some stains, but nice place overall. I enjoyed my stay and will be coming back soon.
Staff was superb. Polite and helpful
Dirty room. No room service even tho I was asked if I wanted new sheets and towels on day 2
