Luna And Simone Hotel

This was a family owned hotel and they were so hospitable. Made breakfast for us each morning! The staff was the best part. (twin brothers) were so helpful & friendly!

No elevators but they kindly helped us with our bags.

The place was very clean and well organized. The location was also very good, convenient and easy to reach. The owners were extremely kind and helpful during our stay. At breakfast, they were also very welcoming and attentive. I believe they are the ones managing everything, and it seemed like they might be twin brothers. We really appreciated their hospitality and would gladly stay here again.

One negative aspect was that there is no elevator, and there are several flights of stairs. If you have one or two suitcases, it can be very difficult, especially if you have health or back problems.Also, the mattress was uncomfortable because you could feel the slats underneath. During the nights, I had pain in my ribs and had to place the duvet underneath me to avoid feeling the slats and be able to sleep.The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is still good and sufficient. If you ask for something extra, they bring it to you. However, it would be better to clearly specify in the description that breakfast is not a buffet.

room was lovely ( and warm) they could not do enough for you at breakfast, don't be fooled by ordering at table as you can order and order and order :) as much as you want. I wanted Crispy bacon and they delivered perfectly

~Maybe some help carrying case upstairs but they do make it clear no lift so I did know

Cleanest room I have ever had, even though it was clearly dated it was spotless! Couldn’t have been better.Artworks overall, dated house but so much charm. Breakfast was served, the owners are incredibly kind.

Tiny bathroom but absolutely fine for 2 people for 1 night.

Great location, friendly owners. Slightly weird breakfast arrangement where breakfast had to be ordered rather than a buffet.

They staff were very friendly and they allowed early check in and are accommodating to requests and has housekeeping everyday. It is also near and accessible to bus stops.

The breakfast options are a little bit limited otherwise delicious. The pillowcases of the bed have a distinct smell.

Frokost er helt ok, nothing special but they offer us extra coffee/juice which is good.

Flooring/carpet needs to be changed thou the bath/toilett is good.

The location was superb and allowed us to explore anywhere London with ease, public transport is very accessible. A quick and easy breakfast was nice.

We were put in the basement, so I’m not sure if the rooms are less charming down there, but there could be an update to the room design.

Everything was great . Excellent location, excellent staff. The only thing i would change is the size of the double bed. It needs a little bit bigger.

The room was spacious for London standards and the stuff very friendly and breakfast was good and generous. The location is great as a starting point to explore London.

The bed was not particularly comfortable and if you ahve a light sleep like I do, there is no isolation of the noise, the hotel is an old Victorian house, so if guests arrive back late or wake up early they will wake you up. nothing to do about it.

This tiny hotel is in the heart of London, Westminster. The room was small, but served all our needs. The beds were super comfortable. We were super satisfied with the breakfast which was served in the basement. This area was also very lovely, such as the staff. It is really heart warming, how welcoming and friendly the owners/staff are. Thanks for all of you!
