Huttons Hotel, Victoria London

Very small rooms. Outdated decor. TV didn’t work. Was like staying at a hostel.

I have stayed in three star hotels in major cities like London and Paris. This was the worst. Not worth the money at all never mind the location. The elevator was right next to our beds and creaked like it was about to fall apart all night long. Awful.

The staff were friendly and helpful

Our room was beside the elevator shaft and so noisy we couldn?t sleep

It?s close to sight seeing if you enjoy the walk

The location was perfect for us....lots to see and do in the area. Front desk staff (actually all the staff from handyman to breakfast room staff) were all very friendly and accommodating.

Size of room/bathroom specifically -

First to mention...location was great! 7 min by foot to Victoria Coach Station. Was also quite close to center. Minutes by foot from Elizabeth Tower, Westminster Abbey, The London Eye, etc.

Room itself was standard. No significant issues. Water pressure was poor and the lift was slow but other than that, no complaints. Friendly Staff.

Cleanliness wasn¿t the best. No mini bar, the elevator was extremely slow, amenities were not taken care of properly, no USB chargers. We are in disbelief that this is a 3 star hotel, having seen better for less.

Our room and hotel was quite quirky. I was worried for a moment before we got to the room, but pleasantly surprised when we got there

I was there for the marathon, was very late in booking my accommodation, and feel that the rate was somewhat inflated by the time I booked, but that was on me.

Location

Sound carries significantly across floors and walls. We were woken by a 2am phone conversation from the room next door and could clearly hear both the guest and the person on the phone as though they were in the same room as us.

This is horrendous. It deserves one star at best. The rooms are unfurnished, with no closets or phones and a public bathroom-like soap dispenser in the shower. No effort is made to make you feel comfortable. Someone tried to get into our room twice.

Nothing! Also, as a courtesy I would just like to inform you, that I will NOT be paying for this hotel. Whether it be refunded by you guys or not it doesn't matter. I have already filed a complaint with my bank and either way the charge will reversed.

I did not even stay here. this was not a "3 star" more like -1 star. It was a hostel, not a hotel, not even a motel. The room was the smallest ever. The room had no AC. We could not even leave our luggage in our room it had to be left in a "common area"
