    Pros +

    • The staff was excellent! I loved talking with hotel employee in the restaurant. They were super sweet! The hotel was beautiful and we loved our Harry Potter room down in the “dungeon”. I also enjoyed the Wizard tea and Potions!
    • The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was very nice, the breakfast was tasty and they even gave us free wine and cheese for happy hour.
    • Staff was helpful and attentive. Food was amazing. Room was comfortable and charming.

    Cons -

    • Rooms were a bit small, but I suppose that is to be expected.
    • First, there was no air conditioning and poor ventilation. Second, our room was located on the very top floor, and there is no elevator at this hotel. Finally, our room was cramped and it was difficult to move around.
    • The room was very warm with no ability to have any air circulation.

The hotel was only a short walk from Victoria Station.

First, there was no air conditioning and poor ventilation. Second, our room was located on the very top floor, and there is no elevator at this hotel. Finally, our room was cramped and it was difficult to move around.

The location was ideal for the sites we were planning on visiting. Continental breakfast was adequate and ready for early morning starts.

The bedroom and bathroom were ridiculously small. We were staying for 5 nights and had no place to unpack our clothes. The room got very warm at night and could open the window only slightly.

The hotel was clean and the decor great and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The standard rooms appears larger in their photos and we were stuck on the top floor next to the stairs and cleaning supplies closet. This room was awful as we heard everyone coming and going and the cleaning crew in the morning getting their supplies.

It completely exceeded my expectations compared to the rate I was charged. It was central to London/the location was perfect and the room was charming. Staff were lovely as well.

6 flights of stairs to get up to my room. Also, given the heat wave hitting London at the time, my room was occasionally hot.

nice room, good location, price for London fair.

not in main building of hotel, had to go around the corner and down the street.

The Georgian House was clean, good location and the staff was very accommodating. One reason I chose it was the breakfast that was included. The continental breakfast was great. I would give it a two thumbs up !

The stairs, but that is part of the London experience.

We loved the special wizard-theme in both the room, the halls and the breakfirst menu. Staff was very nice. Fabulous breakfirst in a very cozy area in the basement.

    Great location, clean, good breakfast

The rooms were a little cold, very tiny bathrooms

Good breakfast. Quirky room. Friendly and helpful staff.

    No comments, happy with stay

Cosy hotel close to Victoria Station, great neighborhood

At our arrival the room was really cold because the heating was closed and the windows open. They tried their best to help us but this made our arrival not comfy

    8MalinPosted on: 2-16-2026

Nice staffn nice and clean. Breakfast was good.

    No elevator.

    8RichardPosted on: 2-16-2026

The location was very convenient for our requirements. Breakfast was fine, although I think cooked options could be included.

I thought it was odd to have not shower in our room, with only a large slightly water stained bath available for body washing

It was both immaculately clean and beautifully decorated. It was my first trip to London and the location felt so safe and the property was so quiet.

The stairs to the garden flat entrance felt daunting particularly when arriving at night and bringing luggage. It was very well lit and is perfectly manageable though.

    Location

Size of the room+ cleaning could be better + they asked for a service fee of an "optional" 12,5% at the end. We said we didn't want to pay and they asked if it was that something was wrong. In my view hotels are a set price not something you can increase with tips. If we wanted to give a tip would be to a person in particular not to the company.
