- The place I booked to stay was lovely in the photos however we was sent to stay at there sister hotel
- Property extremely comfortable in a lovely area, very pleasant staff, lovely little breakfast area & cleanliness a big highlight.
- Location is amazing: 5 minutes by foot to Victoria Coach Station and half-an-hour walk proximity to the main London tourist area
Cons -
- It was dirty mould on walls and look like shower head never been descaled
- Nothing to dislike about this property - will definitely be staying here again.
- Heating radiator did not work in my room at all, but the receptionist kindly gave me an extra blanket, so I did not freeze.

An easy check in process, room was perfect for travelling alone (not too big, not too small) and in a perfect location for central London. Breakfast was basic but a welcome extra.
Nothing really.
The room was perfectly fine I was very apprehensive after reading reviews on trip advisor but the room was clean and comfortable. Check in was simple. Breakfast was continental and included in the price
We wanted to book for next year but unfortunately the price had increased by over 100% - so for that price we will be going to another hotel.
Good quiet location
We were on the top floor - no lift and very narrow staircase .
Good location and looked after our bags for a couple of hours. Felt safe. Clean.
Small rooms and no lift - have to walk your bags up the stairs. Breakfast options are average.
The bed was comfortable, but it was a single, not a double.
The fact it was a single and I booked a double.
Excellent location, quiet and clean
Breakfast
The room was clean and the bed was good. The size of the room wasn't too bad considering it is London. The location is very close to Victoria Station and the neighbor the hotel is in is decent. Even though my room was on the street side the room was quiet at night. It is a lower cost hotel.
There is no elevator so you may need to drag your luggage up a narrow staircase. The room size was OK, however the bathroom was so tiny one must sit on the toilet facing sideways. The breakfast was not good. Very little selection. If you have the option, I'd advise not paying for it and getting breakfast elsewhere.
Staff unhelpful
Room very small and not clean.
The room was well maintained, but had expired milk pots.
Beware if you pick the room with the bathroom that's separate, there is a frosted glass panel in the wall so people on the stairs can see you (even if it's blurry) while you're in there. I didn't use the shower because of it! The breakfast was really lacking, there was just an open bread bag and people putting their hands in it to grab slices. With everyone being ill at the moment it felt a bit unclean.
Location - 10 min walk to Victoria station and in a nice areaBreakfast - basic but great value considering its included and enough to start the dayComfort - Bed was comfortable, room on the small size for two people but ideal for one. Shower - reliable, warm and sufficiently powerful
Noise - as a deep sleeper the noise didn't bother me however I was on the ground floor and could hear the underground, planes flying overhead and toilets/showers being used in other rooms. The room also didnt get made up each day but not a big deal.
Bad
Was told double bed and got 2 narrow singles. No lift and very narrow stairs.
The location of the property is fantastic, a few minutes away from Victoria Station - close by restaurants and shops for convenience. The room was standard size for Europe but the high ceilings made it feel a little bigger than expected
Mattresses were not the most comfortable and due to the limited size of the room- its best to be used for a shorter trip rather than long durations
I booked for a one night stay for a quick weekend break. Genuinely my requirements were close to the coach station and somewhere clean with breakfast to sleep. Its a great budget hotel. Sure if you look too hard you can find issues but it was a clean comfy bed. A clean bathroom. Plenty of towels. A fan as it was a bit stuffy. We didn't use the kettle etc but there were facilities to have a cup of tea and we go breakfast too. I see people commenting on the breakfast a lot. Its a self serve room and yes its basic but you had toast, ceral options, juice options, pre package pastries and muffins, fresh fruit and some sliced meats. I paid £119 for a room for 2 and got breakfast - what more can people want?! We will most definitely stay again when we next have a trip to London. Staff were helpful when we arrived early and our room was ready so allowed us to check in. Thank you for a good night's sleep :)
Location was definitely 10/10. Staff was nice and helpfull. Room was big enough for one person (I headed out early in the mornings and came back in the evenings to sleep). Breakfast was included (not much of choices, but enough to get your day started). Check-out was easy even though I left very early in the morning.
The general cleanliness was ok. Maybe the carpet in the room could have been a little more clean. There was also a smell of a drain every now and then for a while but I didn't mind it as it went away quite fast.I had stayed at an OYO hotel before (different city) so I knew what to expect. Still, I would definitely stay again due to the location.I would have liked a little more choice for breakfast.
Location
Breakfast milk off not much choice Very noisy lot of door slamming
Good area and convenient, rooms are usually available even on short notice
It was a little loud, I’m assuming it was the train. The room serves its purpose but nothing more. I wouldn’t choose here specifically to stay for longer than one night maybe.
cute little hotel, lovely room, great location and value for money. it’s was clean, tidy and newly decorated.
