Staff are so friendly and helpful , location is very convenient to everywhere.

The bathroom is so small.

Internet and the heater were not working right. Had to call the receptionist many times. The place to hang your clothes was you high. Room to small for two twin beds.

Excellent hotel just 2mins walk from Paddington Station. Lovely modern, clean, well equipped contemporary rooms.Most welcoming, helpful & friendly staff - especially Mehdi, Alex, Anna & Connan! Good value for money for London.

This is a great little hotel in a great location minutes from the subway at Paddington. We were able to easily reach lots of areas in the city like Greenwich to see the Cutty Sark etc.

There was a little bit of noise from the subway but it didn’t bother us as having access to transportation links so near was fantastic.

Staff took my suitcase upstairs & were so very friendly! The room was what was described- it was small so may not cater those plus size queens out there but thankfully I just fit

4 flights of stairs could be challenging for some people but staff very willing to carry bags. My sister arrived first but wasn’t able to get into the room before I arrived.

The bed was very comfortable, tea and coffee were available, a fan was in the room, and a good-sized smart television was in the room that needs retuning and connecting to the network for more channels. A small bathroom with a shower is in the room making the bedroom small, with a good-sized bed. The room was a little dark and needed a new paint job using colours to brighten it up. Smaller pictures and mirrors would then complement the room.mSide tables with sockets and USB ports are present but a little slack making me feel they are not safe as they could cause poor connection quality. A fridge is available allowing the storage of supplies or medication, however, the location made it difficult to close the curtains. Removal of the wall fitting by the door and replacement of the fridge would open the room up a little.

The location of the room was, under the stairs allowing me to hear individuals' footsteps as they used them.

My experience in a Single-bed room:No lift (and I was on a 4th floor, with steep steps on floors 3 and 4)Shower in the early morning (6am) took about 10 minutes to be lukewarmNo desk, table or bedside table to drop wallet, phone, etc. Had to work sitting on the bed

Terrible experience- really rude, cocky...

The receptionist was extremely rude. Their reviews on Booking.com do NOT reflect what google reviews say about mice, bed bugs and mould. They wanted my passport - why would I have that when I was born, and live in the UK - there is no legal requirement for this. I wouldn't take my passport on a work trip to London for the night! Again - UK citizens don't have to do this and booking.com have all my details and home address. Then they wanted £100 deposit CASH. I didn't have cash. The woman was so rude. I said I could do this by card authorisation and she said no. I work for the bank - this is common practise. I ended up calling booking.com who read the google reviews and reported the hotel. They refunded me the full price (non refundable room) as the hotel wouldn't answer or reply to their calls or emails. So glad I didn't stay after what I saw and experienced.

Seemed like a newly renovated room with nice facilities and very helpful staff

24 hour check in with friendly, helpful staff and immaculately clean with fluffy towels and decent sheets.

The decor has seen better days - brown and chipped - it had an efficient en suite but it was a small sealed unit like you'd get in a caravan or boat

Very clean and just a couple of minute's walk from Paddington Station. Lovely, helpful man on reception desk. Room was very small (single room) but had every thing I needed and very comfortable. Spotless.

Location is good but the room quite too small, toilet too small and facilities are not comfort no lift we have to walk up 4 floor fortunately the hotel staff assist to carry our luggage to the room.

The access to the hotel is not good for senior guest because it to steep step and has to wait for staff to open cause we were charged by the 3 robbers picked our back pocket and lost almost 1000 pounds in front of the hotel during waited for hotel staff to open the door to check in. So sad.

For this price range, every comfort there could be: super clean, all-new bathroom fixtures, sufficient hooks and hangers, better bathroom shelving than in many pricier hotels, good quality sheets and towels, nicely scented soap. I was very surprised and pleased. Lighting was decent, including a bathroom light that DIDN'T turn on the fan! Location +++

The light leaked all the way around the doorframe and I could hear far too much from other rooms. Trim (doorframes) need paint, and sheer window curtains hard to use and falling down.

the room and bathroom were very small, and there was no space to move. had a room on the 4th floor, no left, we had to walk 4 sets of stairs, very tight and heavy suitcases. The staff was very nice and helpful. location is really good Clos to everything.
