The location, bathtub and friendliness of staff were excellent

The mattress was VERY old and VERY uncomfortable. Bathtub was not well cleaned.

Room was kinda gross (stained walls and blankets) and oddly laid out. Overall, this hotel had a very weird vibe. I would only stay here again if the price was right!

Unfortunately, my experience with this hotel was frustrating. The management is extremely rigid and unhelpful. Making even small changes to my reservation was difficult they were unresponsive, unaccommodating, and seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. Communication was poor, and the overall attitude felt indifferent and unwelcoming. I would not recommend this hotel if you’re expecting flexibility or basic customer service.

It was super clean and everything looked fresh.

Self-service check in had some issues. There was a person on-sight but it took a little while to reach him.

No cleaning service, and the couple requests we made were never addressed as different people kept responding to my emails. I couldn’t phone as they weren’t on WhatsApp- which seems odd as most international visitors use this for calling. (There is no reception desk- self-serve check-in)

Cleanness

The room was clean, but far too small—even for one person. There was barely enough space to move around, let alone eat or change clothes comfortably. The bathroom was a nightmare: extremely cramped, with a tiny stand-up shower that caused water to spill out and form a puddle in front of the toilet. To make matters worse, there was no bidet. The lack of a microwave meant there was no way to warm up any food. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

It’s in a very nice area close to Hyde Park. Tea kettle with teas and coffee.

The bed is very old, you can feel the spring.

The proximity to my training venue

The heater in my room didn’t work until a day to leave when I had complained two days earlier.

Great Location. Great Price. I walked from Paddington station. As a single women, I felt very safe and I walked everywhere from here. There is a nice pub across the street. Lots of food options close. Older hotel but clean. I was solo, so the single room was perfect for me.. Very nice gentleman checked me in and showed me to my room explaining the keys and lights which I really appreciated and was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

I just left without staying

My room hasn't got a shower and i wasn't know.And the room was so old there are a bad smell everywhere in entrance and the room also.Also the room was too small.

The location was the best part about This property

The safe and a box shelf were not placed at all well and my partner kept banging her head on these just to get in and out of bed.. the bed was also extremely cheap and even when turning in the night was very squeaky

The room shown on the Booking. Com didn’t match with the one given on the picture. The room was right at the top of the building with narrow stairs and no lift. Only any good if you had a light case!
