It was close to Paddington Station.

The room was a hovel. Mold was growing on the inside of the bathroom door, there was barely room to stand, the beds were SO uncomfortable. I could go on and on.

Great location, friendly staff, clean. Good breakfast

Breakfast was fine, loved the yogurt, muesli, fruit. Location wax excellent.

Only thing which could have been better was the smell of cigarette smoke into the room at night whether window was open or shut.

Staff were all fantastic!! Very pleasant! Location was outstanding!!! Breakfast was provided, and a good start to the morning. Rooms were clean and decent. Plus, elevators were a plus!!! Would definitely book again.

Top notch location, very nice and friendly staff, amazing breakfast, cool looking rooms.The whole concept is very nice and budget friendly. Guys at the reception are very helpful. Ladies at breakfast were so nice and accomodating. Will be back for sure!

My room was very small.

This was an exceptional stay! Andreas, the manager, was wonderful. And the quality of the food at breakfast, and the perfection to which it was cooked, was astounding. I was so glad I chose this particular hotel. I got a recently refurbished room which was quiet and had climate control. And this is a wonderful area to stay in. The travel connections from Paddington were what drew me but I was so pleased with how much there was in the area to explore including Hyde Park and Kensington Gardens.

All staffs (at Receptionts and Restaurant) are all very nice and warm. 2 ladies served the breakfast are very sweet & polite. 2 gentlemen at Receptionts are very polite, full of smile and funny at the same time. It is wonderful experience stayed at this hotel.

The room and bathroom are a little bit small, but over all okay.

Good location convenient to Paddington station and Hyde Park

Rooms were very small and decorated in a style that can be best described as sci-fi prison chic. I have been in airplane bathrooms that were larger than the one in our room. What’s worse, the bathroom was poorly maintained and it stank of mildew

Small rooms (but ok if you want it just for sleep for 2 people with 2 carry on luggages)A bit outdated, maintenance would be nice.

Location is excellent for visiting sights in central London. Close to train station and tube stops.

Room was much too small and lacked an outside window. No room to turn around.

Refurbished rooms are quite spacious. The breakfast was excellent. The location, close to Paddington Station, was very convenient for travelling around the city, and getting to Heathrow. The Reception staff were friendly and helpful.

The room smelt a bit musty. The toilet roll holder fell off the wall. Minor irritations.

The location is excellent, the room is small but adequate, the staff is friendly, the breakfast is good, especially the staff in the breakfast room are excellent. Very close to Paddington station, so it's safe to walk around at night.

The free Wi-Fi was terrible, the toilet was so small you couldn't close the door once you were sitting on the toilet, you couldn't move around in the shower without touching the curtains or the wall. If you dropped something in the shower there was no way to get it back.

The proximity to Paddington Station and the surrounding pubs in the area was great! The concierge/manager on the front desk was very knowledgeable and able to get tickets to shows and sort out the best tours to take! Thank-You Andreas for taking extra care to make our trip more enjoyable Last but not least the complimentary breakfast available everyday in the onsite cafe onsite was fabulous.

The size of the bathroom was a little smaller but that’s a Euro Style thing so not unexpected

Cosy rooms, friendly staff. Recommended for solo travelers. Close to Paddington station and restaurants. Delicious breakfast.
