Location to British museum just down the road.Theater district 20 min walk Room 5 small but sufficient, bathroom good.

Room 5 near reception, noise partially late at night

Helpful and friendly staff throughout. Our room was fabulous and spacious, with complimentary tea/coffee and water, plus bathrobes etc Came away very relaxed.

Nothing negative to say at all.

The location is brilliant, being a block from the British Museum and from Tottenham Court Road tube station.

I got the room at a very good price. However it turned out to be in the basement with no window and the basic minimum of furnishings. I suppose you get what you pay for.

This hotel was perfect for one person! Adorable, clean and walking distance to great shopping, eating and drinking.

I could have used more pillows...I was too tired to think about asking.

    Excellent location

Room was too small and didn’t even a chair or a place to keep the suitcases.Bed was not comfortable.

Brilliant location right on the corner of Tottenham Court Road. Well positioned. Comfortable and including required amenities (tea coffee kettle iron etc in room) excellent value for a 3* no frills property. Everything else you need close by.

“No food allowed in the room” house rule seemed excessive.

    Location could not be better

The elevator button didn’t work on the 4th floor so was very annoying to get up and down. Zero air con in a small stuffy room and heat wave outside made it like a sweat box. When leaving asked to leave luggage until later charged us £5 per bag, I had 4 bags to leave, considering the price I paid, which wasn’t cheap and the lack of amenities it’s just not worth it. There are much better options. Staff were minimally helpful. Charging for everything. Definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

The location was fantastic. Very accessible to subway and places to shop and eat.

    The location was excellent.

The rooms are dated and small and any maintenance done was a bit rough. The Internet was frustrating as it needed logging in every time we returned.

I like the location in relation to the British museum. I like the fact that I. I liked that i got to check in early since the room was available.

I did not like the restrictions on eating in my room. I also did not like the fact that they nickled and dimed me for bag checking on my last day.Only one pillow was available on the bed, and the shower head was the cheapest variant possible.... when turned on, it could not even act like a shower head.I also had to pass through a maze to get to my room. To get into my room, some one frontage staff has to be at the front to enter the code to let you in.... so good luck if they leave their post for whatever reason.

The hotel was in an excellent location for my theatre trip. The room was clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom modern and the shower good. It had everything I could have needed - tea/coffee, kettle, iron and ironing board, hairdryer and fan. It also had a fridge/freezer, microwave and hob, which seemed odd, given that no food was allowed to be brought in or eaten in the room.

There was nothing to dislike, but the long mirror was in an odd position, as you'd have to stand on the bed to access it!

The location was great and the hotel was easy enough to navigate. The room had everything I needed.

There were a couple of hairs on the wall in the bathroom, behind the door, the wall were white so they stood out. One of the cabinets just felt a bit grubby. But, to be fair, I'm sure that was because it was just old (and I'd read some negative reviews that morning). The room would have been tight for two people, but as I was alone it was fine.

The convenient location very close to Tottenham Court Road, and the price, make this hotel appealing for me. In fact, the location was actually better than I was expecting being only a fine minute walk from the TCR underground station.

Nothing to dislike, really, for the cost.Just be prepared that the rooms may be a little small and the place appears to be going through a renovation. The low water pressure in the shower in my room was a little annoying, though.

Location greatAll you need for a short stop over But that’s it

Officious rules on arrival. Need more of a welcome rather that immediately being handed cards that say things like ‘no outside food in rooms’ ‘vaping £100 fine’ etc Small room, blind broken - but value for money for price compared to others.

    7MargeryPosted on: 4-26-2025

Wonderful position . Right next to Tottenham Rd tube. Hotel room small and very basic but ok for short stay. Staff very helpful.

Shower tended to spray whole bathroom.
