    Pros +

    • The staff were lovely, room was spotlessly clean, great location, easy and safe walk from Tottenham Court Road station. Able to drop our bags after we checked out so we could enjoy the day in London without lugging bags around before returning home. Would stay here again when returning to London.
    • Extremely clean! Probably the cleanest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in, it was immaculate. The staff were polite, cheerful and helpful :) Great location close to the tube and many restaurants :)
    • Bed was extremely comfortable. Shower was very big which was very good. Staff were very friendly.

    Cons -

    • Woken up a few times during the night with banging doors but apart from that great stay.
    • There was some minor construction noise from below when we first arrived in the room but it stopped at 5pm on the Friday and we didn’t hear anything else over our stay
    • Someone drilling at 8am on Sunday morning in the hotel. Wasn’t ideal.

Excellent location, walking distance to Oxford Road, and plenty of places to see and do around. Tube station nearby too. Room was modern and new, bathroom and shower was excellent too. Would recommend.

Was construction going on but luckily it wasn't too bad and didn't disturb us too much, we only found out after we got to the hotel, but it's understandable. Besides that I couldn't really fault the hotel and staff, all was excellent.

Staff were amazing as always. recognised us from previous stays and made us feel special. Gave us complimentary breakfast for the 2 nights we stayed as well. Will definitely be back.

Wish more hot breakfast choices. fry up, eggs benedict etc. but that is a personal preference rather than anything being wrong with the current breakfast.

Staff were very welcoming and supportive throughout and no complaints at all with the team. The location is great, ideal for shopping, bars, restaurants and pubs and a short stroll to Soho and surrounding areas. The area is generally pretty quiet too so no constant traffic noise. Rooms were clean, good size and appear recently updated,

Unfortunately, the hotel was undergoing renovations when we stayed (Feb) and this wasn’t highlighted before we made our reservation. Consequently, we were woken on both Sat and Sun morning by the noise of contractors working on the rooms above at 8am which was a bit of a shock. Hotel staff apologised and very understanding, moved us to a better room for our second night but unfortunately it didn’t really escape the noise. Worth also nothing the hotel corridors aren’t very well sound proofed and the doors slam pretty loudly so even without the renovation works things got pretty noisy at times.

Great value for money; relatively large rooms, great helpful staff, discounts for nearby restaurants and attractions, great location.

    8AnnaPosted on: 2-9-2026

Freshly renovated rooms, very comfortable and everything that one needs. Really liked the possibility to have a tea or coffee in the room. Location is unbeatable, right in the center, only a couple of minutes to several metro stations. Mostly quiet on a side street with windows going to the inner courtyard. Relaxing and pleasant, highly recommend.

During our last night after midnight there were noises on the staircase, I think somebody was cleaning. Perhaps it would be better to do the cleaning during the day.

Renovation work - not advised in advance - was noisy. Also, breakfast room is full and soulless with a very limited selection of

Breakfast was ok but not amazing.

Nice quiet hotel within the soho area. Very convenient for the art galleries and Soho shopping and Oxford Street.

    10RimaPosted on: 1-19-2026

Clean, modern, close to everything and friendly cooperative staff.

    9DanielPosted on: 1-19-2026

Staff were always very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and quiet (at night, that is. There was construction in the hotel during the day). The surrounding neighborhood of Fitzrovia was incredible. It’s just outside of the busy touristy areas and felt more “local”. Excellent restaurants EVERYWHERE. Plenty of nightlife, with people dining outside at the many restaurants or visiting the pubs. The hotel is close to a couple of subway stations and not far from the tourist attractions of London.

There was construction in the hotel, so there was a bit of noise during the day. It was only an issue on the first day when we were exhausted from our overnight flight and wanted to rest, but it wasn’t an issue the rest of the week. The hot water tap in the showers in both of our rooms only had about a millimeter of distance between “ice cold” and “scalding”. Neither of these would keep us from staying there again, though.

There is a construction going on and you can’t sleep or rest after 10:00am in the morning till 5:00pm .It too loud that you can’t bear it for a min

    9PreciousPosted on: 1-18-2026

I like that it is located on a quite street despite the bustling and busy streets around it. It is also very accessible to high street stores and shopping centers.

    Absolutely nothing.

Location is good area close to everything but ina quiet neighborhood. Pleasant staff and nice rooms with a classic British lobby Recommend for your London stay

    8JamesPosted on: 1-6-2026

The location is superb, just right for my office and for Fitzrovia. Plus the bar stays open late - a great place to get a late night drink after going out for dinner. Lots of nice places to eat locally as well - my favourite pied a terre in London.

Not much - it was pretty good to be fair

    9Jean-philippePosted on: 1-3-2026

The room was very quiet and comfortable. The mattress was comfortable allowing to have very restful sleep. We appreciated the excellent location of the hotel, allowing to go on foot to many interesting spots of the city. Otherwise the bus or subway lines were very close. Breakfast was excellent.

Wifi was very weak if not absent.Probably due to the fact that the booked very lately for Christmas peiod, the price was somewhat high, even for London.
