    • The bathroom was clean. Shower gel and shampoo was provided.

    Cons -

    • The room looks spacious in the image, but in reality, it?s extremely small and in poor condition?dirty, with heating issues, no locks on the doors, and an outer door that remains open despite having a code. Additionally, there is no attendant on-site.
    • The trains backed up during the night so badly that we left early. When contacting the hotel about this, 8 hours later they told us the room was fine and that there was no issue. We had to leave early due to the smell being so bad. As the hotel is unmanned we couldn’t just ask someone to move rooms. So if you’re looking for somewhere to stay when you return late at night, do not stay here.
    • Dirty , filthy , unhygienic. Mold in the walls and holes everywhere , mold in the bathroom , no cleaning service for a whole week , no toilet paper or bags . An absolute zero . Zero costumer service

The bathroom was clean. Shower gel and shampoo was provided.

The room was not like the pristine photos advertised. Only 2 beds were set up for a family of 5. There were exposed wires poking out of the wall. There was plaster board dust on the skirting board. The toilet was not screwed in and wobbled when my children tried to use it. The television was not linked up to an aerial or connected in a way that meant it could not be watched. The television and kettle had to be connected to the plug socket by an extension cable.Staff were not overly helpful or polite, particularly when we started to feel it we were unable to stay in the room.

Location was ideal for accessing the Appollo and surrounding area

The decor was terrible. Floors unprofessionaly laid (wonky cuts and no trims from room to bathroom, looks like it was laid by someones friend very quickly) door handles missing. Dusty room surfaces and even the cups had dust and fluff in them. Old bodged tiling in the bathroom. Room very tiny. Hall carpets old, worn and dirty. Everything was very poor quality and wished we had spent a couple of more pounds and stayed up the road in the Premier Inn

Very good location. Near Hammersmith station and bus No. 9 can reach many famous places.

The shower room is extremely small and the shower is really unbelievably hanging above you not on the wall but just hanging with a long tube

    Run don't walk

Everything. It was difficult to access and check in. The room was filthy. Ended up going elsewhere.

The best location with a plenty of restaurants- Japanese, Turkish, etc. Convenient transportation and Westfield shopping centre that is one of the biggest in London. Private bathroom and real 24/7 customer service.

Good location. Clean enough apart from headboard. Spacious apart from bathroom

Basement flat very noisy. could hear people moving around upstairs until the early hours. Didn't sleep well. Bathroom very small. Headboard needs a good clean.

    Nice room

To complicate to get registered and access to the room by talking on the phone with a remote reception.

A bit close to the bus stop

I honestly think this should be called a guest house with low standard instead. Room 21 was nothing like the pictures on there site.I and my family had the worst time there....We were left to navigate all issues without any help the first nightFirstly, I requested for direction in setting the sofa bed, but was sent a you tube video that is not the same with the sofa here. Even when i stated on the website that i will be needing a cot bed they said it could be arranged but afterwards they said otherwise Secondly, I called this morning to request a bed change, since my baby throw up on the sheets, I was told to pay extra for housekeeping service . the toliet sink was dirty upon arrival, it was messed up and clog due to this the water does not drain out properly when they sent some one to check it in day 2, the man did a quick fix only for it to continue. This was a very disgusting to useThe kettle was a no go, you will have to hold on to the on button for it to workThe heating as well wasnt working but there was a manual one.

Good location, accessible to transportation and restaurants.

Water stopped in the middle of shower.

Location is great. Accomodation is basic but has all you need for a few nights stay. We ended up booking another room to give us more space. Rooms were warm.

Tricky entering the code on the door handle to get in. Code wasn't recognised but rang up and they sorted the issue out within 10 minutes.

    7RaquelPosted on: 1-26-2026

    It was clean.

There was no central heating in the room, only a small, noisy portable electric heater, the kettle was very dirty, there was very little toilet paper, the spring mattress was uncomfortable, it would have been better to sleep on a sofa bed.

    1PeterPosted on: 1-25-2026

The location suited me but that's all.

The room was sweltering. I was told the night before that the 2 single rooms I'd booked were no longer available so was moved to a so called family room. This consisted of a double bed and and a sofa with no additional bedding so I spent the night on the sofa covered by my coat. The bathroom had no blind so the shower was in full view of anyone outside. The window had no catch was ajar so there was no security. No tea or drink making facilities. There was an empty bottle of vodka left by a previous visitor.

It was easy to access even though they didn’t have any staff

The walls were so thin you could hear every conversation of the other tenants and the plumbing…at most times it was so loud we couldn’t sleep. Yeah it is a cheap hotel but I would expect to be able to sleep after 11pm or through the night …One morning someone came into our room without knocking first and then disappeared….the front door was open most of the time which made us feelVery unsafe .

    Literally nothing

Unmanned hotel so cleaners who (with no offence) did not speak English helped us access our room which was on the right hand side of Orlando Hotel and had a different name (Sino Hotel?) Rooms difficult to find as there were no lights to guide you up the stairs. I can understand this hotel is not 5 stars but our room stank of eggs and public toilets upon arrival. To our surprise we found the TV slanted on the wall, cracks on the wall, mould everywhere (windowsills, the fan, walls and floors). Due to the already unsanitary experience, I carefully opened each towel which was laying on the bed. Unsurprisingly, there were pubes, hairs and eyebrows in every crevice of the towels. Not to mention the hand towel placed on the top of the toilet lid. Moreover, the “decorative” grey blanket on the bed had repulsive brown stains on it- fairly certain this was human faeces. On the topic of stains, there was general dark stains on the mattress and the bedding clearly was not washed after previous people had stayed- this was made evident as a strange looking stain appeared. I wish i was finished here, unfortunately i am not. The drain in the shower, which was clearly built for people no taller than 4ft, was full of vile gunk and one half opened body wash. I then went to use the toilet facilities before leaving and shockingly the toilet began to disconnect from the wall and proceeded to wobble, this was awful. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to attack images of the toilet as I was on it as this issue occurred. My boyfriend and I booked a double room. Nothing was double at all- there was one mug and no coffee milk tea or sugar and there was room from one person in the bathroom let alone the bed. After leaving due to feeling sick, we found elsewhere to stay and we attempted to contact Orlando Hotel. With no surprise, they did not help whatsoever and stated that because we contacted them when we were not in the property, they were unable to support us toward any form of refund.

The space was fine, however, not the room I booked. It was easy to find and for self check in.

Walls were thin, you could hear all the doors slamming and a constant beeping noise in the hallway. The drains in the bathroom seemed to be clogged and caused the drainage to be really slow. The duvet was also really badly stained... The keypad to the room was very finicky and we were basically locked out and had to use the back up code once we got a hold of the staff.

The room was clean, and location was very nice, well connected to various modes of transport. Had good places to eat, shop and chill near by.

The staff was not available, and when they were they would not respond well. They used the reason of not being able to speak English just to avoid conversations. My stay was for 2 nights but there was no coffee/tea mentioned while booking online. On the 2nd day they put the heaters off for the whole day as well as night, when we came back to the rooms all drenched in rain, the room was cold and when we tried to reach out to them no one was there, we tried the helpline number but they also didn't give much help. Also the exhaust in the shower wasn't working making the whole toilet moist after shower, no door mats, had to go around the room with wet feets. For the checkout they will come 10 mins in advance to ask you to leave and will stand at the doors counting mins.

I don’t have anything to be liked cause it’s completely disaster thought something but figured it out as nothing

The way staff sending some help heaters did not function for the first day, water logging in the washroom like if a had to bathe then my friend should wait for 10 more minutes until the water get sinked after the bathe
