Cons -
- The cleaning crew sometime did not fill up some of the supplies, but that was not a problem for us at all.
- No coffee maker in the room, which I was very surprised about since it had a kitchen. I forgot some items when checking out, would have been nice with a phone call in case I wanted them.
- It was listed as a 5 star hotel. It is not a 5 stat hotel. We were duped.

Very clean and service was excellent. Beautiful street.
Small but not unexpected for London.
We booked a studio apartment at the Claverley Court Apartments for 5 nights. The studio was clean, almost sterile looking but the interior was fine. The location of the hotel is amazing.
If you are paparazzi, or a spy you will love this apartment. Do not be deceived by the room number, 603. We were not on the 6th floor with a sweeping view of London. We were taken downstairs to the sub basement. We were let into the room that had two false windows (curtains but frosted glass behind them) and one window near to the bed with bars on it that looked right at the Harrods valet! So the room window is literally at the pavement, not below it. The people waiting for their cars with their screaming kids, speaking loudly on their phones with their Harrods bags were standing right outside our ONLY window. You also hear the valets walkie talkies constantly! Like I said, spy…paparazzi would be in heaven as you can watch the wealthy of London come and go. The hotel manager was honestly very lovely. We asked her for another room but there were none available. You could tell she knew we were not the first guests to be very disappointed. Please also note, there are no amenities. No reception room, just one chair in a hallway, no kitchen, drinks etc. I actually worked in a hotel in South Ken in my 20’s, the Pelham. I have also stayed in multiple bed & breakfasts and hotels in London, Paris, Germany, Switzerland etc. throughout my life. I can take a sub par room anywhere as long as you can open a window or curtains to get air or light in. You want to breath in the city, not the exhaust fumes off a Bentley. A part of me feels bad for posting this but the Claverley should have included this in the description and photos online. It feels like deceptive marketing and I get it, really, no one would be ok with this room if they knew what they were getting.
Location
Apartment had mold in AC/heater unit and bathroom, protruding screws in flooring, food found in top drawer of nightstand with used tissues. Staff is only inside until 10 pm (unless some is checking in after 10 pm). Front door does not lock so anyone can enter building. Other hotel lodgers would wake us up between 11 pm and 3 am talking loudly going up stairs to their apartments. Because there was no staff working you could not have it addressed.Apartment doors do not have extra security lock to prevent entry if someone tries to break in. We were woken up at 4 am with knocking on our apt doorsWe have photo evidence.
The location and cleanliness and the bed not so much the pillows
Location and staff
Furniture needs renovation , we may suggest adding Nespresso machine considering the price of the stay .
Location, staff responsiveness, cleanliness of the property.
Furniture in living room needs upgrade.

I tell them very noisy room i cant sleep .. i wakeup at 5 morning no one solve problem
Great location, quiet and safe street directly off Knightsbridge main road. 5 min walk to HARRODS. There is shattaf in bathrooms. Housekeeping left cookies and snacks everyday.
The sink in the bathroom was TINY. The bedroom felt small because the door wouldn’t open all the way. No housekeeping on Saturday and Sunday.
We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The apartment was perfect for the three of us—spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the service was flawless, and the location couldn’t have been better. Highly recommend!
Very good location and the apartment was very spacious.
Could have done with a bit of tidying up.Dust all behind the cabinets, chips on fridge freezer and lipstick on one of the cups.A bit expensive for what you get
The only positive thing here is the location
من أقذر الشقق اللي مرت علي والله.Hygiene Concerns:There were flies throughout the apartment, making it feel unclean and uncomfortable (photo attached). The bed linens were clearly not changed before our arrival, with visible yellow stains (photo attached).Misleading Advertising:The apartments look way different from the photos shown during booking. The space was significantly smaller and filled with old worn out furniture.Bathroom Issues:The bathroom sink was clogged, and water would not drain properly throughout our stay (photo attached).Hot Water Availability:On two separate mornings, there was no hot water at all, which is unacceptable for any property, let alone a 5-star accommodation.Noise Disturbance:Constant loud noises from upstairs disrupted our peace and comfort.Elevator Malfunction:The elevator was out of service at certain hours during our stay, forcing us to carry a buggy up and down the stairs—a highly inconvenient and avoidable situation. This was, without a doubt, one of the most disappointing accommodation experiences I have ever had. The above issues not only ruined the quality of our stay but also failed to meet the basic expectations one would have for a premium-rated property. AVOID!
The room was spatious and the hotel has 24/7 reception. Wifi worked well and well located, being closed to tube and taxi station.
The room aspect was far from the pictures. The bathroom door and wooden wall baseboard was inflated from humidity and presented mold. I accidentally slipped my phone under the bed and I wish I hadn't because it was full of dust bunnies and items left by former customers like shopping boxes and receipts. I had asked the staff in the morning to pick it up for me for me not to bend over because I'm heavily pregnant but they had forgotten when I got back in the evening. The wooden floor also presented stains and tears. Also all of the towels had a weird unclean smell and thankfully they had changed them upon request. I got new ones that smelled a bit less but still it didn't smell like the usual crisp clean smell from hotels. I paid €729 for two nights and only went there because everything else was fully booked in the area. The last odd thing was that the heater was put to 29°C when I arrived which felt suffocating. Then when I put it back to a more normal 21°, for the whole night it kept making a whining noise every 5 or 10 seconds, which definitely didn't help to sleep well. The staff seemed nice but overworked. I'm heavily pregnant (and it shows) and no one ever offered to help me with my luggage which in any other hotel would at least be suggested, especially for this price.
Good service, clean, everything you need provided.
Beds a bit hard, better pillows would have made it perfect.
location was great next to Harrods and tube station on quite street but sometimes you can hear the noise from main street. Room was very clean with all supply. Staff were friendly and very helpful.
