- the staff
- Used to be my go to when visiting London. Location the concept and the comfortable rooms
- Location and staff were very good!
Cons -
- They have sacrificed the common area for more rooms which killed their concept of afternoon tea in the lobby the access to the rooms is really inconvenient with multiple heavy doors to go through in very narrow spaces
- Room was a bit tired
- The hotel which had a locked front door somehow let in an extremely drunk women into the hotel who repeatedly was outside my room very loud and incoherent. The staff were made aware of this as I departed and although I raised the issue and explained that I had slept very badly made not offer to recompense me.

Staff and location are the best pints here and obviously price The room quality was not great and that’s likely why it is not as expensive as other similar properties on the same street
Location, staff(Anna was wonderful), tea and scones
There was no mini fridge...it's usually convenient if guests purchase drinks, wine, etc
Very nice location, and neighborhood, near Harold’s with lots of commerce around. Expresso and tea in the room and water bottles that are not charged and always available.
Very little elevator fits 2 people, and extremely slow. Do you need to go up and down using lots and lots of stairs. The lobby is small so everything is done there, you don’t have other spaces to sit and relax. The shower is not a great bath.
The hotel is just around the corner from Harrods and going there was one of my main reasons for the trip. My room was cozy and the bed was comfy. I actually slept great, which is unusual for me. Staff was helpful and the cream tea was really good! Others had complained about no place to eat it. Really?!? The young man brought it to my room and set it on the bed on a tray. I pulled up the small stool and enjoyed it immensely.
I really can't think of anything. If I came back, I would stay there again.
Like many London boutiques hotels the rooms are not spacious, but Everton is understated and high quality. It has been ideal for a week long stay. Excellent safe location with great access to walk through parks to get to meetings. Staff are available 24 hours a day; helpful and really pleasant. Breakfast was simple and nutritious. Fresh fruit, Greek yogurt, sourdough toast, lovely choice of high quality jams and honey. Great coffee.
Everyone snd everything was good
fabulous service, very comfortable room, love the afternoon tea, and bonus that the location was great
slightly weird smell in the bathroom not bad but lingering
I didn’t pay for the breakfast. For the price the selection was not to my tastes. I bought fruit and pastry at stores around the block. The location was ideal. I took buses across from Harrods to get around. Lots of shops to buy food, toiletries, etc
I was surprised by how small the hotel was. The lobby is very small. The lift can only hold one person with luggage or 2 people. The gate closing the lift was so heavy to move; it was finally oiled during my stay which helped. You can’t drink water from tap in your room so bottled water is available. The lift did not go to my floor so I walked up a flight. That was fine since they carried my luggage up and down to the lift. The staff was very friendly and attentive and patient. The area felt very safe.
Location is perfect. Room was spacious. Helpful staff.
Bed and the pillows were uncomfortable.
Good communication with the property and friendly staff. Comfortable bed. Bath tub in room. Great location
Lots of stairs. Room was small ( although this is probably to be expected in London), furnishings a bit dated
Great room, amazing location (just two blocks from Harrods and the Knightsbridge tube station.) Staff were extraordinarily helpful with our bags and any requests we had. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea service after we checked in
Honestly, nothing to say. Not sure what parking is like since we took the tube.
The room is to small and the bathroom is to old and the smell of the hotel is too too badAnd the elevator look like we are on 70 it to old and it to hard to open and close the elevator
Nothing only the location
Conveniently located a stone's throw from Harrods in a quiet well-maintained street
No lift access to the 3rd floor without going via a neighboring building. No bar or restaurant.
Location
Rundown. Things in room broken (safe, TV, bureau). Extra bed not made up as asked. Pillows awful.
Location
Very small and we were put on the 5th floor and the elevators only went to the 4th
Staff were fantastic. Very helpful and friendly. Something you don’t usually get in London hotels
Nothing it has beautiful charm and was very nice
Friendly Staff & Location.
Room was 26* when we walked in at 17:00 with no AC or Fan running, cracked & sharp floor tile in bathroom (Photo),TV Remote looked like it has never been cleaned & outdated, walls were marked up etc...So Sad;( I was told it was a Great Place to Stay & Visit London.
