- Nice roomVery quietIt was a good continental breakfast. Good location for us
- Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do only 5 mins walk from maybe station so museums, theatre galleries all easily reached..Staff well all friendly and helpful, room was spotless, bed was comfortable and breakfast was great. Also we arrived early so couldn’t check in but we’re able to leave bags at the hotel securely which was really helpful.Would definitely recommend and will stay again next time I’m in London
Cons -
- The receptionist on the Monday evening when I paid for my parking was very rude. I felt like she was telling me off. It left a bitter end to my otherwise enjoyable stay. This is a shame as up until this point I was planning on giving a 5 star review and anticipating future stays here as I come to London quite frequently.
- Larger towels Otherwise all good.

Nothing it was perfect
Great location, on a lovely London square close to Earls Court station. Room was nicely decorated and nice bed linen. Lovely continental breakfast.Great price for B&B in London.
Bathroom was a bit tired.
Perfect location for seeing the sights. Lots of bars and restaurants close by. Close to tube and bus stops. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean and well maintained. Staff very friendly. Continental breakfast was very good. Will certainly be looking to go back at some future time.
Nothing to dislike apart from the weather.
Location is great, friendly staff, clean rooms
Good location.
Smallish rooms. Small bath. Sink and shower had cracks in porcelain.
What I liked was the cleanliness, the lovely and helpful staff, and the location. For us, it was convenient, as we could easily take the tube to commute.
The breakfast felt more like something you would expect in a 2‑star hotel. The room was extremely small—there wasn’t even enough space for one person, let alone two. I honestly don’t understand how they received a 4‑star certification when the room was only 7 square meters for two guests. For me and my friend, just having our two cabin bags inside the room made it almost impossible to walk. It literally felt like being in a cage.We stayed on the 4th floor, and for two days the water stopped while we were taking a shower. I had to stand there for about 10 minutes with shampoo foam all over my body until the water finally came back. It was definitely due to poor maintenance.
Nice bathroom, cozy room.
Poor breakfast choices (toast/cereal).
Beautiful hotel. Very different in the sense of unique. The decor is great and each room has an individual style. We have stayed a few times and each room has been very comfortable within inspiring decor. Hotel is exceptionally clean.Breakfast is included in the price. Staff are very professional friendly and helpful. Very nice part of London
Central location, lovley breakfast & friendly staff
Would be nice if they took dogs
Location was good close to the earls court tube station and we chose the big size room
Breakfast was very disappointed, very limited options
Close to all transport links in a quiet road away from the main street. Beds very comfortable.

Lovely little hotel in a quiet location close to Earls Court Underground. It was a great place to stay in London and easy to travel to the bigger sights.
It was perfect.
Stayed in the Otterman Suit and the room is exactly like the photos. Large double shower as well as bath in the room. Although no hot option for breakfast there was still plenty of choice and options meaning you won’t go hungry. Ideal location to drive too with the secure car park the other end of the square. Earls Court tube station a 5 min walk away. Air conditioning unit in the room kept the room warm and cosy as per your choice. All staff that we came accross were polite and helpful.
The only thing I can think off is that the main central heating was off with no radiators even warm. So meant the bathroom radiator wasn’t on for warm towels. But I am clutching at straws a little to find a negative.
Very clean great breakfast
We stayed in the junior suite and its in the basement so didn’t have a window
We stayed for one night as the hotel was near The Lost Estate where we were seeing a show. Very friendly staff and a good continental breakfast plus the added bonus of parking. The room was small but clean and comfortable and ideal for a short stay. I would recommend
I have no criticism of this hotel at all
The staff were helpful and the breakfast was nice with very good service.
The room was extremely small! So small that the bed was sideways on to the side wall so that one of you had to crawl across the bed to get in or out. After one night we asked for another room. They did provide us with another room which we were grateful for.
Beautiful hotel and great location
Only one staff at reception who very busy, so there were delays. No elevator and stairs are very narrow
