Very clean and lovely decor in the room. The bathroom was spotless and looked brand new Beautiful row of buildings , lovely street Flowers outside the windows. Lovely . Polite staff at desk

The cooked breakfast was not very warm - even though I watched the ladies bring out constant replenishments .it didn¿t seem hot . Eggs were over-done ! Rooms were narrow so not much space to get from one side of room to the other

Small, quiet, welcoming, clean. Although not as much choice as bigger hotels the breakfast was good and plentiful.

Was a bit cramped in the room with 2 doubles and a bit unnerving having a fire escape door in the bathroom which was a bit cold. But that is personal taste.

Staff were very helpful, good breakfast.

Very noisy during the night, people laughing and shouting. Man on reception was whistling during the night, walls are very thin.

The Hotel has a very good location but this all about it. Every ask was like, sorry, we can't change or do anything...

Arrived I got a room near the entrance. I complaint as it was very cold and then I got a room at the 4th floor. The room was cold and heading works only if you have the card plugged in. So imagine when you are coming back. Also for shower the warm water takes more than 20min. The safe was closed and not ready to use.

Sometimes when visiting London you need a late check in and a really early check out. The location was perfect for my needs, just a short low cost cab ride from Euston Station ( I hate the tube) and a welcoming receptionist waiting for my late check in. The room was as expected small but clean, comfortable and smart new bathroom to a high specification. Large TV and Coffee facilities all like new. Compared to other budget hotels in London this is by far the best value I have had in recent years. Will book again.

Everything was as expected so I had no complaints.

Room was small but perfect. Staff were lovely and helpful. Location was ideal and the hotel easy to find. Could not be better. Lift was small but fine for 2 people and luggage.Breakfast was very good.

The mirror in the bedroom was too low or the chair too high to be able to see your face properly when doing your hair. The plug where the kettle was couldn't be plugged in as was too near the mirror. Breakfast was well stocked and great choice though not very warm.The lift was very small for 2 people with disability scooter and small suitcase. No accessible entrance to hotel. Several steps to get into the hotel then a couple more inside which was difficult when trying to get a disability scooter in

Room carpet was a bit worn and rooms are somewhat small; fine for a short stay.

Very poor and unacceptable experience. I stayed at this hotel in London during winter, and the heater in my room was not working. Instead of fixing the issue or offering a proper solution, I was asked to use a small electric heater to keep warm, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel stay in cold weather.When I requested a room change, I was told the hotel was fully booked. I then asked for a refund because the room was not fit to stay in, but the hotel still charged me for the first night, hiding behind their “policy.” This was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.Paying for a room without proper heating in winter is not acceptable. I would not recommend this hotel due to poor service and lack of care for guest comfort.

The only thing we truly liked was the staff. They were kind, helpful, and very professional throughout our stay.

Unfortunately, our room was very cold and the heating didn’t work. The reception gave us an electric heater instead. The toilet tank was also leaking, and during the night we could hear the water running. I would recommend the management to check the rooms to make sure all systems are functioning properly. I’m not even mentioning the stains in the upper corners of the room that looked like something had leaked before — it didn’t look very aesthetic, even though there was no mold.

Room small but cosy. Comfortable bed. Clean shower. Reception very helpful when I said my room was cold. Provided me with an electric heater immediately. Good breakfast with relaxing easy listening music . Location just 10 mins from Oxford Street.

View looked out on fire escape. But this is a minor issue
