Great location and view from our room. Staff was very friendly as well. Good value for money.

We only got one towel each per day which was kind of unpractical. At least two would be needed (one for the floor to prevent wetness and another one for me)

Very good location near Paddington, staff very friendly and helpful. Room very small but fine for an overnight stop. Breakfast basic but decent, given what you're paying.

Room on the top floor and no lift. Far from ideal, and if you struggle with stairs, this isn't the place for you.

Close to tube, clean tidy and spacious

Lots of hotels in location and it was dark, hard to find at first until I knew where it was

The staff were friendly, we were able to leave our bags during the day to visit the city without having things weighing us down.

The bathroom was small, the breakfast basic and with not many options, we lost electricity in our room on the morning of our check out date due to someone in another room using a faulty charger and then had to leave the hotel earlier due to that with not having the issue fixed before we left hours after letting the person at reception know.

Only Location, nothing else literally!

Super small room, super small bathroom (many people cannot fit), I didn't see anything during reservation about such small size, inadequate heating, low water flow in shower, just a single worn-out bath towel, no head, foot towels, old building with narrow, steep stairs, no lift, should be very careful to carry heavy suite cases in those stairs, super close rooms each other you can hear every movement, noise, noisy housekeeping in the morning, grumpy night staff in the reception, single bed had 190cm length tops and very narrow. For the price I paid, I have stayed in lots of better options in the Paddington area many many times, even for cheaper sometimes.

The room was compact, but perfectly ok. It was clean and tidy.Breakfast was nice. Staff all friendly.

Superb location

Poor breakfast. The absence of a lift was inconvinient. Bad wifi

It did the basics very very well. The room was small but the bed was comfortable, and just for one night travelling alone with work I have no complaints whatsoever. I didn't stay for breakfast so can't comment on that

Tiniest bathroom ... no space to stand once the door was closed.No heating.No cupboards in spite of space in the room. Pity of a breakfast.

Localisation is a huge plus for this place. Clean rooms, and very nice Staff.

Cery tiny bathroom. Also very poor choice od food during breakfast, this could be improved.

Very courteous staff and the hotel was very clean and quiet. The breakfast staff (Jara) were very kind.Lovely breakfast spread. Nothing too fancy but quite delicious and satisfying.

There is no lift on the premises.

There isn’t the lift .. I lodged at 4th floor , and stairs are so steep … almost impossible to carry up a luggage

The location is very nice near edgware Road and is close to multiple metro stations The staff, especially Lawrence, was very friendly, helpful, and cooperative

The bed was extra small for couples, maybe 140 cm or so , and was not very comfortable The bathroom was very small and difficult to take bath.There were drilling and hammering sounds from the nearby building,so we couldn't sleep after 6 am. The breakfast is very limited and not worth walking up for, especially since it is only available for 2 hours from 7 to 9 am
