Craven Hotel

Location

Very dirty, mold in the room and bathroom . Shower was a joke, water in the shower would not drain. Walls were dirty, tv was broken, no coffee maker as stated they had. Elevator was broken. Pictures on the web site look nothing like the rooms.

Thw hotel was moldy and the windows where not secure on the bacment was not sound proofed what so ever

The room was very dirty. The bathroom was disgusting. All the hotel was old and dirty.

I liked the location of the property and the price.

It didn’t look like the pictures I saw on the website. There was no bin in the bedroom to put any waste. There was only a very small bin by the toilet.

The room was extremely small, and the bathroom was also very cramped, making the stay uncomfortable.In addition, the staff behavior was very poor, and we felt unwelcome and uncomfortable during our stay.Overall, it was a bad experience, and I do not recommend this hotel.

The room was tidy but very basic.

The place isn't welcoming. The staff were welcoming but just offered basic information. Nothing about the WiFi etc,.you are ment to read it on the notification on the table and if you missed it like I did with check out time, then you could be stuck.

Honestly, nothing. The location is the only acceptable aspect.

The room was extremely dirty and did not match the photos. The mattress and pillows were covered in old stains with no mattress protector. The walls had what looked like dried blood stains. The toilet was clearly not cleaned, the shower was damaged and moldy, and the sink did not drain properly. The overall hygiene level was unacceptable.

The combination of price and location made this a great value option for a short stay.

Maybe water or a small fridge in room or tea/ coffee making facilities in room could be offered in rooms or lobby to make it easier when checking in late at night from airport.

It was in a very good area with some lovely local restaurants and less than 5 minutes from the nearest tube station (Lancaster gate) which is on the central line which made travel very easy. The staff were incredible and very flexible.

The room left a lot to be desired, it was not very clean and cleaning was an extra charge. However, I do feel that for the price it was acceptable. You cannot expect premier service from a budget hotel.

Location is good

Very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room was not in good condition: the walls were dirty and had visible cracks, which made the place feel poorly maintained.The bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. This was far from what I expected based on photos.Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

Nothing to be fair

Room wasn't clean at all. Bed sheets and pillows dirty, room dusty as I had to clean the dust off because I am allergic to dusty. Bed mattress wasn't comfortable at all as I could feel the base of the bed. Mattress hasn't be3n changed I guess to a better one in yearsToilet paper holder not secured property, it became misplaced as I used the toilet paper.

Not a bad area, close to facilities

Rooms are not clean at all, didn’t bother showering, sign in room says the clean it on departure and if it’s not clean an £10 to tidy it, bit of a scam leaving it dirty so you have to call them up to clean it, do yourself a favour pay the extra and stay somewhere else

The location is perfect, but that's the only good thing about this hotel.

Very dirty the bed it’s poor quality the bathrooms with mold in the corners the shower dirty broken I just don't recommend it to anyone .the rooms are far from the truth, which is shown in the pictures !

The location was excellent and the staff were very kind

The cleanness was far from being okay and some of the appliances didn't work. Beware that hot water is also not operative 24h, but only during the day.

Dirty. Couldn't close the window. Toilet seat broken. Fire alarm went off at 1am and woke us all up in the hotel

Location is excellent

The room was about 30°C in December with the window propped open. No heat control. Stayed 5 nights and the bins weren't emptied or the room cleaned even once.

Very bad experience.The hotel cleanliness was extremely poor. I did not stay at all — I only stayed for about 15 minutes and then left to another hotel. The room was dirty and unacceptable. I am requesting a full refund. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.
